With a stay at Seafront Villa you may turn the wheel of chance in your favor and take advantage of special in-villa amenities while also enjoying complete seclusion both inside and outside the villa. RODO is a 450 sqm property that had a complete renovation in 2023. Six master bedrooms, a private pool, three private jacuzzis , a sauna, and a fully equipped gym are all included in the property itself. There are only 5 meters between you and the beach.
Volta Rodo is a five-star villa with six master bedrooms located right in front of Kokkini Hani`s beach., Because of its privilege position, the Private Residence Villa Volta Rodo offers privacy and tranquility to the couples or families that are staying. Τhe villa can accommodate up to 12 people and contains has a large swimming pool, sun loungers, a hammam, a jacuzzi, a barbeque, billiards, footbal areal, a gym, plenty of couches, a fully equipped kitchen, and eight bathrooms. The minimalist furnishing and materials create a fresh, peaceful atmosphere, while the balconies and patios provide breathtaking panoramic sea views. All of the aforementioned will be available to you, along with the warm hospitality of the Cretan people, making your vacation one to remember.

Ground floor
The main entrance has a yard with sitting area and a billard game where you can enjoy the sea view while playing. As you enter the villa, there is a spacious,bright living room with fireplace, soft and comfortable sofas and armchairs, and 65-inch HD Smart TV with Netflix® and satellite channels. Next to the living room, you’ll find a big indoor dining area with a broad handcrafted hardwood table, a fully equipped kitchen with premium fixtures and appliances. On that side of the villa, there is access to the outdoor Grill area and barbeque. One of the villa`s six master suites, The Rocks Suite, is situated on the ground floor and features a 45-inch HD TV, a closet, a desk, and a 2m x 1.6m king-size bed. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

First floor
A bathroom and three master suites are located on the first level, which can be reached by stairs or an indoor lift. The Sunset and Sunrise master suites come with a split-bedding double bed (1.6m x 2m), a 45-inch satellite TV, a private bathroom with a shower, a closet, and a work space. Sunrise features a balcony with views of the mountain and the barbeque area. The Queen Master Suite also has a private , spacious balcony, a sitting room, and an outdoor Jacuzzi with view of the ocean. A King Size bed (1.6m x 2m) and a big walk-in closet, work desk, and a private bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub are also included in the suite amenities.

Second floor
The second floor consists of two luxurious large penthouse suites named Sea and Red Sky. Bright and dreamy, with sloping ceilings, the suites feature King Size beds (1.6m x 2m), large private bathrooms with showers, walk-in closets, work desks, 45 inch TVs with satellite channels. Each suite has its own private balcony with seating area and Jacuzzi where you will spend quiet hours making the most of the panoramic sea and mountain views.
You may access the pool courtyard from the main living room. There is a cozy patio eating area with a sizable handmade wooden table used by the monastery for you and your companions to enjoy meals and drinks . Also, there is a 50 square meter infinity pool that has been particularly created with high attention to detail and is filtered using a special salt system rather than chlorine or other chemicals. In the pool lounge chairs or in one of the two lounges, you can enjoy your coffee or beverages. luminous basement In the semi-basement, we`ve built a fully functional modern gym with a multi-machine, treadmill, air cycle, rowing machine, weights, and other accessories, so you can stay in shape even while you`re on vacation. In a specially designed corner you can spend beautiful moments playing football with your friends. Nothing compares to the feeling of detoxification and rejuvenation - after a demanding workout - in the steam room that we have shaped like a cave, making the time there a unique experience .

Our goal at Seafront Villa is to provide you with pleasurable experiences of luxury, rest, relaxation, and entertainment with the primary focus on your privacy. To that end, we offer free use of the beach in front of the villa exclusively for you along with a wooden sun deck, deck chairs, beach volleyball, and a variety of other games.

The pool can be heated on request with an extra charge for the periods: 20/4-15/6 and 1/10-15/11
