Family holidays, private pool and barbecue:
House of 170m2 located in one of the main tourist destinations on the Costa Brava only 5km from the beach and 26km from Girona's Airport. It is distributed over two floors with a private pool 7x3x2m open all year round, hammocks, garden, chill out area, electric awning, terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. We find on the main floor: living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with wine cellar and a toilette. On the upper floor: 3 bedrooms with one double bed, two single beds and one single bed, as well as two bathrooms with bath and shower. It has all kinds of equipment such as dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, air conditioning, fireplace, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, parking area for two cars and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 35 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
