Pleasant apartment, located a few minutes walk from the Lavapiés metro station - line 3 fully equipped, city atmosphere in the multicultural Lavapiés neighborhood, comfortable and cozy. It is a 4 floor apartment, bedroom area with double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen, fan, living room with sofa and TV.

It has the following distribution:

*Bedroom Area: Double bed 135x185 and wardrobe
*Bathroom: with shower and sink.
*Kitchen: fully equipped with a 2-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator and cabinets plus kitchen furniture, as well as microwave, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine appliances.
*Living room: with sofa, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs, TV.

Located in a commercial area with all services at hand and unbeatable public transport communication (Metro and Bus), close to restaurants, shops, theaters, supermarkets and stores in general. You can walk to Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and Retiro Park.

The house has:

* Internet connection via WiFi.
*Heating/Air Conditioning and hot water.
* Cookware
*Linens and towels

Please let us know your arrival time as close as possible so we can coordinate the delivery of keys and access to the apartment. If your arrival at the property is after the time indicated by you, you must wait for the availability of the collaborator since we do not have a 24-hour reception, but rather we are tourist accommodations and we work with prior planning for the delivery of all the apartments.

We also want to inform you that the entrance time to the apartment is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., after 8:00 p.m. you must pay a cash surcharge of €10 upon arrival if your arrival is during the time from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., €15 if it is from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and €20 if it is from 11:00 p.m. The maximum entry time to the property is until 1:00 a.m.

Departure from the apartment must be before 11:00 am.

In vacation rentals, rural houses, campsites, hostels or hotels, according to the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015 (Spain), we must register the entry of our guests.
The Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015 regulates this activity and requires a series of essential requirements to comply with the law. Registration is mandatory for all travelers over 14 years of age. This will be done by completing a form called the Entry part, which must conform to the model established in the Annex to Order INT/1922/2003 (in this case the manual registration or the Chekin app). The data collected in these parts must also be transmitted to the police within 24 hours after Check-in.
