250m from beach: 2-apt house w/ sea view&garden

A nice house in the countryside, just a short 250-meter stroll from the pebbled shores of Ciardo beach, and approx. 15 minutes walk from the sandy Felloniche beach on Apulia's Ionian Sea. The house is split into two independent apartments - each one with its own terraces and independent entrances - and therefore ideal for two families, two couples or one large family looking for some private space as well. You're renting the whole house (both apartments together).
Each of the two apartments features a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge with freezer, stoves, oven, dishwasher etc.) and a comfortable living area, perfectly suited for spending quality time with loved ones. Step outside, and you'll discover generous terraces with sea view, partially shaded or covered, providing the ideal setting for al fresco dining or simply basking in the sun-kissed serenity. One of the two apartments has an outdoor kitchen on the terrace, an ideal setting to gather together as a group.
Also, each unit has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed each, as well as a bathroom with shower. There is one single sofa bed in each living rooms, which means that every apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests (max 8 people in total in the house).
There is a washing machine as well as free business wifi with unlimited traffic, ideal if you work remotely. There are mosquito nets in all units for your comfort, and air conditioning in the living rooms. Fans are available in the bedrooms.
Free parking is available. The house is surrounded by a nice garden with Mediterranean plants, an ideal setting to relax, admire the sea and the sunsets on the sea.
The property is located in Marina di Felloniche, a few kilometres away from Santa Maria di Leuca, the southernmost tip of Puglia and Italy's heel. The beach of Ciardo (pebbles/rocks) is less than 5 minutes walk away; the closest sandy beach is Felloniche beach (less than 1 km). Within 5-20 minutes walk you'll find several good restaurants and a small supermarket for your daily needs. If you have a chance, try Mattia Cordella, an excellent fish restaurant with a stunning sea view terrace just a few hundred metres away. Boat tours and many water sport activities can be carried out in the neighbourhood.
Please note that there is another house on the same property; the entrance gate and some outdoor spaces in the garden are shared (not the covered terrace spaces, which are private just for you). You'll find a picture of the whole complex in the photo gallery; you're renting units B and C here, while unit A (the one with the jacuzzi) might be rented by other guests.
Larger groups can rent both houses together (up to 13 guests in total).
🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €20 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €100, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Pets are NOT allowed in this property.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kW charged to guests was €0,28 on 12/06/2023, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot and might hopefully decrease, your actual price per kW will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.
We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable compared to 2022, which is an ambitious goal given the 10%+ inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals. - We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation.
