The apartment is located in the 'Gardesana Active Apartments' run by the Monaci family since 1977. It is located in the centre of Malcesine with private parking only 100 metres away. The property is strategically located: in just a few steps you are already in the old town centre, the harbour, the beaches, the long cycle path that runs along the lake for 30km and the Funivia-Monte Baldo cable car. Carolina and Pietro Monaci have wished to reflect their passion for outdoor sport in each flat and to offer their guests various types of flats, from small to large. The price also includes bike rental (also for children), bike and E-bike storage (indoors or outdoors with key), wifi and air conditioning, heating, a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels. Animals are welcome.

Elegant, comfortable, spacious: the apartment prefers both the view of the historic center and the castle that you can admire from the large balcony positioned in front or the view of the hills and Monte Baldo, admiring it through the bedroom window, positioned behind. The two types of views are certainly the strong point of the KITE apartment. The large and comfortable living room / kitchen is also recommended for a family of up to 6 people: it has a sofa bed, wardrobe, satellite TV and a large kitchen. Through the glass door you can reach the large balcony (7sqm.) Equipped with a table and chairs and admire the charm of the Scaligero castle and historic center. The large and elegant bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer. The price includes 2 towels per person (face and shower): for a stay longer than 8 days the towels will be changed. In the back, more quiet, there is the bedroom with a double bed (or two beds) and a bunk bed (or single): large and comfortable, it is equipped with a safe and duvet sheets. In the background an image of a kiter in the clear waters of Lake Garda. From the window you can admire the sunrise on the peaks of Monte Baldo in the morning. If you stay longer than 14 days, the apartment will be cleaned with a change of sheets and towels.
