Suspended among the olive trees and oleanders, immersed in the tranquillity of nature, you can admire an astonishing view of Lake Garda framed by the mountains and the medieval village of Malcesine dominated by the Scaliger castle: these are some of the highlights of the SNOWBOARD apartment.

It is located on the first floor of the Residence "Kormorano" in via Bassinel, 800m from the center of Malcesine.

Two-rooms apartment of 50mq. : the double bedroom and the living room with the sofa (possibility to transform it into a double sofa bed) share the large balcony (7mq. equipped with table, chairs and sunshade) where you can admire the fantastic panorama. Waking up in the morning while the sun slowly illuminates the mountains on the other side of Lake Garda, listening to the silence of the surrounding nature, transmits truly unforgettable emotions. Through the French windows you have access to the balcony. The natural light illuminates the two rooms all day long. If you stay longer than 14 days, the flat will be cleaned with a change of sheets and towels.

The kitchen with dishwasher is located at the back of the living room, at the foot of the hill.

The large, elegant bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. The price includes 2 towels per person (face and shower): if you stay longer than 8 days, the towels will be changed.

The apartment is located in a cool and dry area and does not have air conditioning (it is equipped with 2 fans) because the mild temperature allows in summer to keep the rooms cool.

At 100 metres from the flat there is a private car park (for cars and motorbikes), a swimming pool for common use (100sqm. open from the end of May to the end of September), 2 tennis courts, table tennis, barbecue and a large playground for children. Bicycles are at your disposal: you can reach the historical centre of Malcesine, the castle, the shops, restaurants, the Monte-Baldo cable car, the beautiful beaches, the cycle path and the harbour in only 10 minutes on foot.

For those who stay min. 5 nights, private parking is also included in the price in the centre of Malcesine. A few steps from the flat you can enjoy typical dishes at the restaurant "Il Cervo" or the family-run farm "Le Dase". For lovers of trekking, taking the historical path "La Vacco" will take you in a few minutes to admire a splendid panorama. A few steps away is the oil mill where you can taste and possibly buy the renowned olive oil of Malcesine.
