Situated within easy walking distance to the town centre shops, bus station, theatre and easy walking down to the beach, this superb ground floor property lies peacefully tucked away at the rear of Deepdene House.

Available all year, Foxgloves has off-road parking for two cars and private access. The property is decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout and is a perfect base for exploring this wonderful stretch of coastline and countryside which has so much to offer.Being Level 2 in Visit England’s Mobility Scheme, it has the added bonus of being suitable for those less able. A pet is also welcome, another bonus for many.

Comfortably furnished and well equipped, the bungalow is popular for guests who wish to just leave the car and explore the town. Cafes; newsagents, theatre and take aways, not to forget the beach, are all within easy walking distance. Who could resist a short stroll into town for breakfast or morning coffee! After a days exploring, the evening panoramic sunsets are best seen from the town 'green' eating fish and chips perhaps!

Entrance into spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area which suits a small family or couple. Two bedrooms: one with a double and the other with a single ‘trundle bed’ (This bed pulls out and up to make a double or can lie on the floor). Shower room with shower wash basin and WC.

At the rear down three wide steps is an enchanting enclosed courtyard area with grape vines overlooking the patio, perfect for dining alfresco.
