Trulli & Dimore - Villa Maestrale

Villa Maestrale is located within a private residential complex, in a predominantly seafront position, close to the famous sandy coastline at Capitolo in Monopoli. The property can accommodate up to 6 guests. It is fully fenced and has an electric gate and private parking within the residential courtyard. Passing through the gate you enter the garden area decorated with fruit trees and aromatic plants, here you will be immediately enraptured by the impressive swimming pool overlooking the deep blue sea. Through the main entrance of the house you enter the large open-space living area with sofa and TV, together with the kitchen, equipped with every convenience, the large table with chairs, all facing a large window with sea view. There is also a reading area with two armchairs also overlooking the sea and the swimming pool where you can enjoy a good glass of wine in total tranquillity. The living room leads to the two bedrooms, one double with direct access to the pool area and the other with a French bed. A bathroom with a shower serves the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor with a further very bright and airy double bedroom with sea view and a large bathroom with shower en-suite.
The living room on the ground floor leads to the outdoor terrace, where a patio has a large table and chairs for outdoor dining and comfortable sofas and armchairs. The swimming pool is equipped with a whirlpool bath and a sunbathing area. There is also an area with a barbecue and sink and an outdoor shower. Upon request and for an additional fee it is possible to receive a personal trainer in the villa for personalised functional training, strength training, hiit training and CrossFit training, as well as aqua fitness and aqua training courses. The nearest town is Monopoli, which is only 2 km away. Here you can find large supermarkets, pharmacies, and enjoy the wonderful views of the sea in the lively old town, rich in history and typical restaurants. The Capitolo coastline is 1 km away and offers numerous private and non-private lidos where you can enjoy crystal-clear waters and sandy beaches with restaurants and bars. Also not far away are Polignano a Mare, Castellana grotte, Ostuni, Alberobello and many other places of interest. The nearest airports are Bari and Brindisi, almost equidistant, about 50 km from the villa.

If a cot and high chair is requested, payment of €25 only for the cot will be required, the high chair is free. If they require only the high chair, the cost will be €25.

Late checkout after 13:00 you pay an extra night.
