It comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a convertible sofa bed and a dining area. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, an oven and a coffee machine.

The bedroom is tastefully furnished with a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that there is ongoing construction work in another apartment in the same building, resulting in possible noise during the day; construction schedules are limited to weekdays.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a great location to explore the city. This area is home to many attractions, including the iconic Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Porto Cathedral, and Torre dos Clérigos. There are also excellent options for restaurants and bars, such as Abadia do Porto, Galeria De Paris, and Postigo do Carvão Restaurante. Whether you're looking to explore historical landmarks or indulge in delicious cuisine, this spot is the perfect place to start your adventure.

Situated just a short walk from two General Torres stations, this location offers easy access to public transportation. Whether you need to commute to work or explore the city, these stations are conveniently located within a 2 or 3- minute walk from the address.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
