Na veel navraag willen we bevestigen dat er NIET gerookt wordt in ons huis. U kunt roken rond het zwembad.

Onze villa met 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers is waar we 5 maanden van het jaar wonen. Alles wat we nodig hebben om comfortabel te leven is er en wordt overgelaten aan onze gasten om te gebruiken. Elke slaapkamer heeft een plafondventilator en tv en een flatscreen 54 'HDTV in de master kamer, met volledige tv-pakket. De villa is volledig voorzien van airconditioning en wordt beheerd door ons managementbedrijf. Het komt ook met gratis 5G WiFi. Hoewel onze villa goed is uitgerust, brengen we de meeste tijd door rond het zwembad. We hebben het zwembadterras uitgebreid en het is mogelijk om de hele dag in de zon door te brengen. Even belangrijk is echter dat we een overdekte buitenruimte hebben met plaats voor 8 in de schaduw, opnieuw met een plafondventilator. Een ideale eet- en ontspanningsruimte.
Ons zwembadvrije zonnestelsel verwarmt het water tot ongeveer 5 graden onder de dagtemperatuur. Dus waarom zwemmen in een kouder zwembad of een klein zwembad en nog steeds meer betalen.
We zijn voortdurend bezig met het bijwerken van onze eigenschappen meubels en accessoires, dus wees niet verbaasd om veranderingen in onze foto's te zien.
We worden beheerd door een lokaal bedrijf en als het nodig is, is er hulp om de hoek. U zult zien dat we uitkijken over een meer en vissen is toegestaan.

Felt like home!

The house felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. Very clean we had lots of room to roam. The pool was amazing the spa was nice and warm. The owners are wonderful understanding people and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and possible!

Nice house with in a great area. Not too far from Orlando’s main attractions, but you’ll need a car. We enjoyed staying outside the city, and having our own pool, kitchen, and bedrooms for everyone. Thanks! I would return if visiting the area again.

Very nice spot.

My family of 4 simply loved this location. The 4 bedrooms was more than enough space. The screened in pool was a huge hit with the wife and kids. About 30 mins from all the Disney attractions. Safe and friendly middle class gated community was a plus.

Lovely property in a gated community.

Lovely well kept property in a gated community. The drive to and from attractions and amenities (restaurants) is a little long (especially the drive home during rush hour) but the residential area looks to be fairly new so more shops and some restaurants may be there by the time our next visit is due.

Great Stay

Everything about the property is great overall, and our kids liked that each one of them had their own bedroom and each essentially had its own bathroom, so they each called in their "own wing." What was interesting about our stay was that an act of nature caused some mishap, but the management company and the owner of the property handled things efficiently and with great grace and class. I highly recommend this property for anyone interested.

Very nice

This was a very nice property. No real complaints, only minor issues: hot tub doesn’t get very hot, some of the blinds on the doors to the pool were falling apart. Again these are small issues, overall the place was great.

Snowbird Escape

This was our first time spending the winter months at this property and it was absolutely wonderful. Communication with the owner and property management could not have been any better. This was a complete difference from what we have experienced in previous years with other properties. The home is clean, comfortable and completely packed with essentials. The pool and lanai was so enjoyable!! We are coming back next year and can’t wait!! Thank you for an awesome home to spend the winter.

Definitely recommend this property

We stayed for 8 days and we absolutely loved our stay in this comfortable beautiful house. We couldn’t get to use the pool as much because of the weather, sadly it was 30’s and 40’s but we got to use the hot tub which was great. We did pay an extra fee to heat it but it was worth it. The house had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. We definitely recommend this house and when in Orlando will definitely book again.

Don’t book with this man he can’t be trusted had to cancel because of hurricane Milton No Refund or alternative dates offered this could be you next year I have all emails to prove my review

Dear Carl, I am responding to the review you sent to VRBO. During the booking process you informed us that you had owned a property in Florida for 10 years and therefore we would have thought you fully understood that the hurricane season runs from June to November. You would also be aware that hurricanes do not affect all areas of the state. A booking in October falls into this time zone. You only informed us on the afternoon for the day before your flight, stating you had changed your flights and were and were now coming on 17th March 2025. Your requested that we accommodate you then. There were no flight cancellations on your day of travel and there were no advisory or restrictions to our area. It was you’re choose to cancel. Had you looked on our VRBO calendar, you would have seen that we were fully booked for all of January to May 2025. Our cancellation policy clearly states that there are no refunds for bookings cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date. You did not mention that we planned for you to arrive earlier that our standard entry time at no extra cost to yourselves. Your review states “Don’t book with this man he can’t be trusted”. We strongly disagree with this statement, and we feel this is a libellous. After 20 years of letting we have many happy returning guests. Regards Terry Hayes

Amazing Property & Owners!

I highly recommend choosing this property for your next Orlando visit. From the day we booked until we arrived back home the communication with the owners has been prompt and thorough. They were extremely accommodating to ensure we had the best experience in their home. A beautiful layout, clean and comfortable and everything you’d ever need for your home away from home for your trip. The local management that oversees the property are amazing as well! We needed a small section of pool screen fixed after a storm blew through and they were there within an hour of the call, had it fixed and made sure to see how our visit was going. The pool was incredible and really was our favorite way to beat the summer heat anytime of the day or evening. The beautiful covered pool deck with table and chairs was our go to spot for meals and coffee. Watching the storms roll through we had the perfect spot. Abundant wildlife right there in the yard and around the pond of the property. Just beautiful. We will absolutely book with the Hayes family again, top notch owners that truly take pride in their home and want others to enjoy it as much as they do. Thank you for being a huge part of why our trip to Orlando was so much fun!

Excellent home for your families vacation!

My family and I discovered the crescent lakes area last year and will now always try to find something in this area. We thought our home last year was nice, but this home was even better. We arrived a little early and they kindly let us in a half hour before arrival time. Management company was a breeze to work with on one minor issue of the spa overflow not circulating into the pool and that was fixed by simply resetting the timer to the pool. The pool area itself is gorgeous, spacious, and not close to neighbors like most villas in the area. Kitchen is big and equipped with anything you need apart from the food you bring. The master bedroom is huge and the bed is the comfiest one I've ever slept on. Also really like how every room is equipped with Rokus! My family brings our own each year because most villas bedrooms we've been in barely have cable in the rooms, thoroughly enjoyed the Rokus in the rooms already along with flat screen tvs that are also not the usual old box TV's. This home is beautiful, updated, and was a pleasure to stay at. My family and I will definitely be looking into it each year for our annual trip. Really nice property

We enjoyed our February 8-day stay at this location. The house and the yard are very nice, and the pool and hot tub were nice treats. There is plenty of kitchen material- plates, cutlery, etc. The house was spotless and had several TVs for down times. The beds were very comfortable, which was important since my wife has a 'bad back'. The location is south of Kissimmee but we were able to get to Disney within 25 minutes each day. The gated community was nice which gave an additional sense of security. Being there at a cold time of the year, though we paid for additional heating the pool was not as warm as we had hoped for the first few days but I believe that is to be expected, no fault of the owner. The hot tub was very nice and warm. The back yard fronts onto a small lake and we enjoyed various herons and ibis coming by to check on us almost daily! Terry the owner was great to deal with. Olga the local manager was great to deal with as well. Only other negative observation is that for a couple of days a noisy neighbor across the lake blared music out his windows which made it hard to be outside at the pool but clearly this is no reflection on the owner- it is a neighborhood issue and seems odd as it is a very nice neighborhood.. I would recommend this property.

We retired in 2002 after selling our engineering company in Cornwal England. Looking for a winter home where the weather was warn, the food was good and golf was affordable, we searched Spain and America for a villa.
We chose Florida and 18 years later we are still live here for 4-5 months a year, however the waist line is increasing. That's why we do not show our photo's.

We were looking for a quite and relaxing place that had a large heated pool that was big enough to swim in, and if we were lucky it might be on a lake. Our search ended in Aster Cove Lane in Crescent Lakes. After a day at the park or when coming home from golf, it's a great place to have a gin & tonic and perhaps drop off to sleep. Our most loved area is our Lanai where we sit and watch the world go by and the wildlife fly in. In the evenings, it's the best place to have a night cap, and sort out what tomorrow will bring.

All local taxes and cleaning fees are included in our prices. Most of our guests are regulars who have been coming for years so we know we are doing something right. As our villa is mortgage free we are able to spend more on it's upkeep, so if you are looking for somewhere modern, very clean and tidy, it's here. Our management company have high standards, something our past guest's appreciate. We have been renting for over 17 years and we do not ask for past guests comments, but they are always welcome.
