Restaurants near the urbanization open all year round in Gran Alacant, five minutes away is Arenales del Sol where you will find a magnificent beach and an incredible climate almost all year round, restaurants of different styles of cuisine, you can try the best rice and paella of the land, beach bars, chill out areas for drinks and a spectacular promenade in front of the beach where you can watch a beautiful sunset.

Cute accommodation with basic essentials

This property is located in a wonderful residential complex with 4 pools , sports area and a restaurant. The accommodation itself was ok . There was only 1 large bread knife and very basic amount of Utestilis . The electricity keeps going off if you have more than 1 appliance on at a time so don’t cook and have the washing machine on ! The oven was not cleaned and apparently it was my problem to change the batteries in the TV remote ! The beds were Comfy and the check in was easy but I think a very much kitchen equipment and more information about the complex itself and where the electrical box was would have been helpful . I didn’t have much signal there so I was reliant on the WiFi to make WhatsApp voice calls for help but that wasn’t great cos if the electricity goes off I couldn’t make any calls at all for help with the house . We had a nice holiday and but this place good do with adding some more kitchen equipment and Info for the holiday makers

Stressful start

The instructions for entry to the apartment were not clear (vital information spread across multiple emails) and the contact did not speak English (as stated). They requested comms via WhatsApp but I had only 3G. Once we were in the apartment it was lovely and everything we wanted. The swimming pool pictured was closed for maintenance but another pool was available. Easy walk to beach and local bars and restaurants with a small shop, Gran Alacant and its beaches are fantastic. Only 11 minutes by car from the airport and 15 minutes to Santa Pola, we didn’t even bother with Alicante we had enough to keep us entertained locally.

Wonderful stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It is a charming and inviting space, well-equipped with all the amenities that ensured a comfortable holiday experience. The pet-friendly environment, situated within a secure complex with inclusive private parking, and its superb location just a short 10-minute walk from the beach, makes it highly recommendable. We look forward to returning for our next holiday.
