Holiday home for rent located a short distance from the sea (Porto Pino 1.5 Km.) The recently built apartment is fully furnished in all its parts; it is located on the first floor with an independent entrance accessible by an external staircase. The interiors are divided into a large kitchen / living room with table, television and sofa bed. A bathroom and a double bedroom complete the apartment. Two other single beds are also available (which can be placed side by side to create a double bed in case of a couple) useful for reaching a maximum capacity of 4 people; they can be positioned both in the living room and in the master bedroom, according to the guest's needs.

Also included in the price are cleaning, towels, linen (sheets, blankets etc ...), consumption costs (gas, electricity), parking space, internet wifi, excursion or rental in a rubber dinghy at an advantageous price through my company rubber dinghy rental at Porto Pino etc ... so no other additional cost.

Access for guests
The apartment has a drying rack, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, pots and pans. Still present Tv with digital terrestrial, air conditioning and access to the wireless Internet network. Baby cot on request. N.b: The apartment is air conditioned, with mosquito nets on the windows. The air conditioner is included in the price, therefore it is required to avoid unnecessary waste.

Other things to keep in mind
In collaboration with the "sea And Sand" Rubber Rental, you can rent your dinghy (or take an excursion with a skipper on board) and reach the most beautiful hidden beaches of our coast, at a truly advantageous price. We also rent bikes and scooters.
