The Residence
The flats are located in a newly built residential complex in the picturesque and touristic village of Orosei (about 90 kms from the port and airport of Olbia), with its medieval historic centre dominated by the ruins of the ancient Judicial castle. The Marina di Orosei, a long sandy beach that stretches for 5 kms, features several beaches such as Su Barone, Osalla and Su Petrosu, and it's only 3 kms away from the residence. Guests can enjoy and use for free the swimming pool of the Hotel Maria Rosaria, set at about 700 mts away. The apartments have air-conditioning and they are decorated in typical Sardinian style.

Orosei is a charming small town that combines the charm of its wild mountains with the beauty of its unspoilt coves. The area features long sandy beaches, hidden coves, breathtaking cliffs, oasis and regional parks.
The Marina of Orosei, equipped with many services and facilities, is a long white beach with transparent water and a sloping seabed.
A visit to the wonderful Bidderosa Oasis, a protected area and well-known beach facing the emerald sea, and to the Tepilora Park, a protected natural park characterized by pristine woods, paths, springs and watercourses, are definitely a must.
Also, we recommend a boat trip to the stunning unspoilt coves of the gulf: Cala Fuili, Cala Luna, Cala Sisine, Cala Biriola, Cala Mariolu and Cala Goloritzè.
Those who love sightseeing should definitely visit old Spanish prison, the Don Nanni Guiso museum that displays a collection of miniature theatres and, for the most experienced swimmers, the German shipwreck Kt12.
