There is air conditioning in the salon and both bedrooms. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. In summer there is access to a swimming pool. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The Russian store "Kalinka" is 300 meters away, the supermarkets "Mercadona" and "Consum" are 200 meters away. The bus station is 250 meters away. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The nearest one is located less than 50 m from the apartments. The sea and Del Cura beach are about 650 meters away. Accommodation option – up to 5 people (strictly no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace or solarium area!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
