Surrounded by rolling hills, gentle meadows, and beautiful woodlands, the area offers a plethora of scenic walking and cycling paths to explore. Wildlife is abundant in the area and can be seen on many of the walks. A thatched pub in the village centre provides a friendly welcome atmosphere and features a spacious garden that is great for summer, as well as a shop and occasional music evenings with local bands and musicians. Just a short drive away, you'll find the vibrant market town of Framlingham, with its impressive castle, eclectic shops, and delicious local cuisine (6.3 miles). Seaside towns including Aldeburgh, Southwold, and Lowestoft are within 23 miles.
The cottage is situated on the grounds of Grove Farm. When you enter this light and spacious single-level cottage, you are greeted by an appealing and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The cosy sitting area features comfortable seating, providing the perfect setting for a quiet night in watching a movie on the TV or reminiscing about the day's adventures. Prepare meals in the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious dinner to enjoy at the dining table. At the end of the night, make your way to one of the two stunning bedrooms. The main bedroom features a magnificent king-size bed, and the second bedroom is a gorgeous twin room decorated in calming tones - great for both adults and children. Both bedrooms offer plenty of storage space. The large shower room completes the property, allowing you to start the day fresh.
French doors open onto an enclosed patio where you can sit, soak up the sun and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the local wildlife.
