Modernly furnished and tastefully decorated, this beautiful apartment is close to various attractions in Porto, such as Casa da Música.

This apartment is designed with open living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room has a sofa bed, a smart TV with multiple streaming options, and a four-person dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential cooking utensils and cutlery you will need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal, including an oven, a stove and a microwave.

The bedroom features a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. There is a washer if you need it.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Please take note that there is no elevator in the building.

Boavista is known for its long boulevard, 'Boavista Avenue', leading you up to the ocean. A perfect place for beach lovers!

Boavista is considered the business / posh neighbourhood in Porto. Despite being a bit away from the city centre, you can still find great places to visit in Boavista, such as the contemporary art museum Serralves, the modern Casa da Música, and the synagogue of Porto. During the night, grab dinner at Bom Sucesso market and a beer at Casa Agricola.

Another great spot is the Gallery of Biodiversity, Porto's best museum for children.

Boavista is around 10 minutes away (by car) from the city centre, but you have a subway station nearby and plenty of bus lines, so you are well connected.

Many of Porto's sites are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transport:

- There are several bus stops in the area.
- The nearest metro stop: Carolina Michaelis, is 4 minutes away on foot.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the apartment.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
