Villa Cala Bianca is an elegant property for rent in the heart of Salento, Puglia, short distance from some of most beautiful sandy beaches of this amazing region! Just outside to the pretty town of Marina di Mancaversa, guest can enjoy the peaceful location and at the same time within few minutes walking can reach the town center that offers all services needed. From the house with a short drive is possible to reach place like Gallipoli, the natural reserve of Punta Pizzo, Torre San Giovanni and other destinations

The villa is surrounded by over 1200 square meters of private yard which include a private swimming pool of 6x10 mt; depth 1.30 mt. equipped with sun beds, and a covered wooden patio with garden sofas and armchairs, where to shade during the hot summer days.
There is a second patio adjacent to the house with table and chairs where to organize al fresco dinners also thank to the stone built in Barbecue.

The villa inside covers 180 square meters and features a living area with sofas, TV and fireplace, dining table and well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher etc; One bedroom with double bed and a single sofa bed; second bedroom with a double bed; third bedroom with double bed and additional single bed; fourth bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed; (this room has its own external entrance); complete the property two full bathrooms with shower.
The villa features Air conditioning; internet wifi; washing machine; window screen; private parking and a barbecue.

Neighborhood and distance:
The villa is less than 1 km from the center of Marina di Mancaversa, which offers all services; the first beaches are 1.5 km from the house, it is possible to find equipped and free beaches in the area, both with sand or rocky; with short drive is possible to reach the natural reserve of Punta Pizzo 4 km; Gallipoli 14 km; Torre San Giovanni 13 km; Punta Prosciutto 55 km; Otranto 80 km; Lecce (Airport) 50 km.

Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay 3 nights in mid al low season 7 nights in high season with changeover on Saturday
Check-in: from 5pm to 8pm; Checkout: 10am

Security deposit (Refundable):
250 Euro that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.

Pet allowed Euro 60,00 per stay
