Located North of Lucca, Villa Luciella is a beautiful modern property, composed of two apartments with private pool. Within 15 minutes drive you can reach the walls of Lucca city, with its marvellous streets, shops, restaurants, culture and history. It is also possible to take a bus, found near the house that will take you into Lucca within an hour. At 150m from the house, you will find the nearest Osteria with tables and takeaway. There are more choices of shops and restaurants in the nearby town at only 1.5km distance from the villa. The owners live on the property; they are very discreet but are there to help should you need it; they do not use the pool and the garden and they have their own outdoor area at the back-side of the house but please note that, although they are gone during the days, the garden and pool can be overlooked when they are home. Dogs are welcome on request, but have their own kennel (12 square meters, 1.80 m high), on the property and must sleep there.

The property itself offers a private swimming pool (11.85mx 6.85m, deep: 1.40 with internal steps and jacuzzi and outside shower; open until middle of September) and is attached to the owner’s house.

It can accommodate 6+2 and is 90 square metres large. Inside, on the ground floor, e find the entrance onto a living room with kitchen area (stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee percolator, kettle, toaster), dining table, a double sofa bed, smart TV, and air conditioning. The sleeping rooms consist of one double bedroom with access to the front of the house and air conditioning, and a separate bathroom with shower. Stairs take us up to the first floor where there are two more double bedrooms with air conditioning, and a separate bathroom with shower. At the back of the house, there is a private outdoor area with table and chairs.

Outside, we have a large fully fenced garden with private swimming pool (11.85mx 6.85m, deep: 1.40; open until middle of September) equipped with sun lounges and a covered gazebo area with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. The villa offers an outdoor kitchen with grill, pizza oven, sink and an external bathroom with toilet and sink.
