A pleasant stroll leads to the beach and the nearby winery “La Chiusa”, known for its production of olive oil and DOC wines.
The apartment has an independent entrance and a large garden with equipped porch featuring a dining area and barbecue. An external staircase leads from the garden to the panoramic rooftop solarium, offering a breathtaking view of Portoferraio and the ancient Medici Fortresses. Access to the terraced house is possible from a staircase inside the complex or from the road on the rear side of the house. Inside, a living room with an open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer. The sleeping area guests two bedrooms, one double and one twin with a pull-out bed, a bathroom with shower.
