This delightful 200m2 residence is a bright and tastefully decorated haven, offering the perfect retreat for families or friends seeking a serene experience.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room boasts a plush sofa, a smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, a dedicated reading space with a library and chairs, and a dining table accommodating six guests. Step outside into the private garden, featuring seating areas that beckon you to lounge and enjoy the sunny days or to savour your meals in the crisp, fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, the house features a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed; the second bedroom offers a cosy double bed; two additional bedrooms each come with two single beds, and the fifth bedroom has a comfortable single bed. All beds are adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.

The three bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

This modern apartment boasts an added layer of security with exterior surveillance cameras, providing residents with peace of mind and ensuring a safe stay.

Cascais, a charming coastal town on the outskirts of Lisbon, Portugal, beckons tourists with its picturesque beauty and rich history. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Estação de Comboios Cascais, is a 10-minute drive.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
