This two bedroom apartment has a double bed and a two singles, a huge roof terrace with sunloungers and table and chairs where you can worship the sun or dine alfresco. There is a balcony overlooking the pool with direct access to the pool. The property is situated opposite the Villamartin golf course and the plaza and is perfect for visiting the Plaza without the worry of getting home.

This apartment has full air conditioned. There are ceiling fans if you do not require aircon. The property offers FREE wi-fi and full English TV, with movies and sports. There is free parking outside of the property in the street or a free car park just across the road.

There are many golf courses in the area, the closest being Camp de Golf Villamartin. You also have Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Campoamor and La Finca which are all within drive short driving distances. Why not take out the hassle of bringing your golf clubs and just use one of the local hire companies. Online tee times are available to enable you to plan your activities before you set off on your holiday.

La Zenia beach is your closest beach where you will find a beach bar and restaurant with sun loungers and parasols for hire. Most of the beaches in the area have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you.

Zenia Boulevard offers you a shoppers’ paradise where you can shop until you drop and then maybe stop for a bite to eat in the dedicated food hall or a snack at a tapas bar in the centre. Zenia Boulevard is open from 10.00 in the morning until 10.00 at night, the day and evening experiences are quite different but equally as good.

Fees and Services
€70 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry.
A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.
