The Residence Pomposia condominium is a recently built structure consisting only of apartments with independent entrances, where some have a parking space in their own fenced external courtyard area, others in the condominium area behind. It is located a few meters from the beach and is on the main street of Lido di Pomposa where there are bars, restaurants and all the services necessary to spend a pleasant holiday.
Beautiful apartment located in the center of Lido di Pomposa a stone's throw from the sea composed of: on the first floor a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower, a balcony overlooking the street; on the second floor a double bedroom, a second double bedroom, a second bathroom, a balcony accessible from both bedrooms.

The apartment has a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, dual split air conditioning, and a private parking space located within its own tiled garden.

BEDS

The apartment has a maximum of 4 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed.

SERVICES ON REQUEST

Bed linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.

Bath linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.

ANIMAL HOSPITALITY

Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night. In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money.

BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING

Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.).

If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 60.00 will be charged.

The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 60.00.

TOURIST TAX

€ 0.30 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.

Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
