Welcome travellers! We would like to offer our beautiful 2BR home in the centre of Msida. This central location is second to none, with all the amenities you would ever wish within walking distance, perfect for both long/short term rentals.
Upon entering a large living area with balcony is available with comfy sofas, large TV's and a fully equipped kitchen with access to a dining table. Also included are 2 large comfy beds and a sofa bed for that extra guest.

The apartment is equipped with both high-speed WiFi and air conditioning for your convenience and comfort.
Living Spaces| The apartment has a large living area with Sofa and SMART TV making sure your stay is super comfy & relaxed after your long days of travelling.
Dining Area | Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area is a designated space for shared moments and delectable meals. A well-appointed table and comfortable seating create a lovely ambient for dining and chilling. The dining area can easily fit 5 guests.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boosts a cooker, hub and oven. There is also a dishwasher and a refrigerator.
Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, both featuring a comfortable double bed. The main bedroom at the back also features a private balcony. For over the sleeping logistics, we will prepare the sofa bed which is located in the living room.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one featuring a bathtub while the other a shower.

3. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
