Je bevindt je op de top van de wereld als je in dit Beach Colony-penthouse verblijft! Trakteer uzelf en verblijf in het allerbeste Navarre Beach te bieden heeft.

Uw appartement is gelegen op de 19e verdieping van Beach Colony East Tower met een adembenemend vrij oostelijk uitzicht op Navarre Beach aan de Golf van Mexico en de Santa Rosa Sound.

Het penthouse heeft 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De master suite biedt een kingsize bed en een aangrenzend masterbad met een inloopdouche en een bubbelbad met een ongelooflijk uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico. De tweede slaapkamer biedt ook twee grote bedden met aangrenzende badkamer. Elke slaapkamer heeft een flatscreen lcd-tv's met dvd-spelers.


Geniet van het ontbijt terwijl u vanaf het balkon de zonsopgang boven de Golf bekijkt. Het balkon is de perfecte plek om 's ochtends koffie te drinken terwijl u dolfijnen ziet spelen! De eetkamer biedt comfortabele zitplaatsen voor zes personen. De volledig uitgeruste keuken biedt alles wat de chef-kok in hart en nieren nodig heeft. Alle benodigde servies en bestek zijn aanwezig. Dit apparaat bevat ook een commerciële ijsmachine om ervoor te zorgen dat uw drankjes voor het strand ijskoud zijn! Wasmachine / droger samen met alle linnengoed zijn aanwezig.

Geniet van het poederachtige zachte witte zand van Navarre Beach en de smaragdgroene wateren van de Golf met uitzicht helemaal naar Destin! Loop kilometers lang op zoek naar schelpen. Of leun achterover en ontspan in een van de twee strandstoelen en parasols die elke ochtend bij de strandservice worden opgezet voor uw gebruik tijdens het zomerseizoen. Als u een pauze wilt nemen van de ongerepte wateren en witte zandstranden van Navarra Beach, neem dan een duik in het zwembad van Beach Colony (het grootste op het strand van Navarra). Korte wandeling naar de langste vissteiger in de Golf van Mexico!

Loved the top floor!
We enjoyed our stay at the top floor penthouse - the view was amazing! Only one elevator was working during our stay, but we never waited longer than 1-2 minutes for a ride down or up. Condo was clean and had everything we needed! We would 100% recommend this rental!

Always a great stay!
We are repeat visitors to Navarre Beach and Beach Colony. We love the area, the small town feel and enjoying the beach. Beach chair service is always an extra bonus. The condo is well furnished with all our needs. Randy is very quick to respond and give area suggestions.

Wonderful stay! Condo was clean and very comfortable. Views were amazing! We sat out on balcony with our binoculars and saw dolphins, schools of bait fish, a tarpon, several other larger fish, and even a shark! So fun! Enjoyed the beach and the pool! It was just what we needed for a vacation!

We felt like royalty in the elevator going to the top floor. Everything was super clean and it was a fun surprise to see an assortment of snacks waiting for us. The view was incredible and access to the beach was nice and easy.

Best beach week of my life
A nice welcoming surprise greeted us. terrific property in great location. Stocked with incidentals (rubbing alcohol etc) like a home would be. All appliances worked . A binder with all the info about the unit and surrounding attractions. The air & water temp perfect. Gulf water clear and mostly calm. Turtles and dolphins. What more could you want. Randy was easy to txt with. I would rent from him anytime.

Fantastic getaway!
We had an amazing week at this condo! The view is fantastic. Randy was an amazing host. He answered any questions I had and checked in on us. The condo had everything we could want for a week stay. There is a fantastic closet right outside the door full of stuff for the beach including a beach wagon, extra chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, pool floats! The two beach chairs and umbrella included on the beach were a bonus! We love the Beach Colony property and have stayed here twice. My children enjoyed the pool. We will be back! Thank you!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The gift basket with snacks and wine was a nice added touch. The condo was very clean and well equipped.. Randy was super helpful with reservation as we had an issue with VRBO payment system. Recommend this area as it was not crowded, even during spring break.

We had the most amazing week staying in this condo. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning. Randy was very good about communication and helping with anything we needed. The only downfall was only one working elevator while we were there. Otherwise, it was a fantastic trip!

Amazing condo on the top floor of the 19 story building with incredible views of the beach/gulf and pier. The home was super clean and very nice that had everything we needed for the week. The owner was super nice and very accommodating for any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a great condo!

My husband and I went here for part of our 25th wedding Anniversary as we travel to other places. We definitely set the bar high with staying here first. Views are awesome! Very nice welcome basket. There is an ice maker built into a cabinet area which is very convenient. In addition they have paid for a seasonal pass for umbrellas and chairs… please tip the guys setting everything up generously. Condo very clean! For those with long hair… water pressure is great. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend this place.. 10 stars.. not 5!

Best Rental ever
I have stayed at Beach Colony more times than I can remember. This is hands down, by far THE BEST unit we’ve ever rented. The unit was ready before the official check in time. It was very well stocked with anything you could need. There was a welcome basket with chips, candy bars, cookies, candy and wine. These owners truly think of everything you may need for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

We had a very nice time at this condo. Great balcony view. Condo was clean, well-equipped and everything was in good condition. Owner communication was very good. We were booked earlier, but a health issue forced us to delay our visit. The owner was kind enough to allow us to change our dates with no hassle. Overall great experience.

The rental property was better than advertised. Very clean. Randy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Navarre beach is a very quiet and mellow area. We really liked the laid back vibe of the place, and the view from the penthouse apartment was magnificent
