This was the second time we have stayed in Mr Cook’s place so it’s starting to feel like home. It is very comfortable and in a convenient location. The place is very well stocked with everything we needed and the big grill is really nice. The fishing was really good and we had a wonderful time. Definitely will be back. The only downside was some noise from upstairs but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

I am a little petty (not a dog). It took me a little getting accustomed to communicating by messaging only, then a learned to use the phone system you have. Lock box was broken when we arrived. Screen door needs a new piston so it will not slam. Hot water to master area takes time? I would stay there again. Billy

Quality accommodations in Carbondale! My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely 2BR/2ba condo. It was in a great location between Carbondale and Willets. The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for our cooking needs and we were 10 minutes or closer to delicious restaurants. We enjoyed walking the grounds and trail along the river. Looking forward to another stay!

Aspen ski trip

This is a solid location for our NYE trip to Aspen. The home is a 30 minute drive to the base parking/shuttle areas. Other than a small issue at check-in (dryer was still running with towels), we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely try to book this location again for our next Aspen trip.
