Unit 174 Keuken verbouwing komt eraan!
Een Club suite appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers op de 2e verdieping aan de kant van de Golf van Mexico. Onze units met twee slaapkamers zijn geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen om te voldoen aan de Sarasota County Fire Code. Beide slaapkamers zijn voorzien van vloerbedekking en er is tegel in de rest van de flat. De slaapkamer is ingericht met 2 queensize bedden met een 42-inch flatscreen-tv. De grote badkamer heeft een inloopdouche voor extra gemak. De logeerkamer heeft 1 kingsize bed en een 32-inch flatscreen-tv. De gastenbadkamer heeft een bad met douchedeuren voor een gemakkelijkere toegang. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle items die u nodig heeft om te koken - potten / pannen, borden, bestek, broodrooster, een koffiezetapparaat en een Keurig-koffiezetapparaat. De ruime woonkamer is uitgerust met een 47-inch flatscreen-tv met HD-tv-service voor uw plezier. Vanwege de centrale ligging is het slechts een korte wandeling naar ons witte zandstrand en de tennisbanen en het zwembad. De comfortabel ingerichte patio is gescreend zodat u en uw gezin kunnen genieten van onze heerlijke tropische briesjes.

The Perfect Place to Enjoy Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 174 is a perfect home away from home. Great location to enjoy the pool and a very short walk to the bay side pool. The unit had everything we could possibly need-beach umbrella, extra blankets, iron, hair dryers and so much more. It is well maintained with gorgeous flooring, furniture, bedding, and the open floor plan enhances the beauty of the unit. We were so comfortable and very pleased with everything about this unit. It is the perfect place for a family! Trolley stop right outside the property to take a visit to the Village or down to Turtle Beach. The Palm Bay Club facility is immaculate and provides tight security. Staff is wonderful. We loved having our beach chairs set up for us . Don’t hesitate to book your stay. We will definitely be back.

Positief: Netheid, inchecken en locatie

Totally not what we expected

Upon arrival realized there was not a working elevator in our unit which did not work for us as my husband and other family member are not good on their legs. We were switched to a different unit only not told of the construction on the outside of us. Didn’t even allow us to open curtains let alone allow us to enjoy the deck. That whole side should have been shut down. Had to keep everything closed tight and still breathing in all that dust. Unknown to us hot tub shut down for our stay. On first use blow dyer blew and caught fire though no fault of yours. Pictures on line should be updated as they don’t really show as is. Sorry to say we wont be choosing this resort or recommending it. Should add that Tammy who checked us in tried to be very accommodating and was very pleasant.

Great Place for Family Vacations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was great. It was pretty clean overall. There were some areas that were dusty and a few candies were left behind on the floor from previous guests, we believe. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub. It was walking distance to the beach. The only thing we wished it had was some simple things such as paper towel and some basic cooking ingredients (i.e. oil, salt and pepper). We ended up buying those things at a nearby Publix.

We love Siesta Key

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at Palm Bay club every January. This unit was very well presented, it has been renovated and the open kitchen layout with island is very nice. The master beds are squeaky, had to ear plug myself to not hear my daughter flipping over and over during the night. The couches in the family room look very nice but are not very confortable, you kind of just slide right off of them. The larger couch is strangely low to ground. We ended up sitting on cushions to be at a more normal height.There is a dripping noise from the exterior downspout whenever it rain over night that is very loud. The master windows don't seem to seal out the noise somehow. So any exterior noise seems like you're right outdoors with it.I am a light sleeper, so I more sensitive to noise issues.The unit was very attractive looking, we liked the location within the complex. I have booked a different unit for 2025, but I would stay at this unit again.
