We really enjoyed our stay at your cabin. The view was amazing! Easy check in and easy checkout. We even saw a family of black bears right in front of the cabin! Parking on a flat surface in front was appreciated. A memorable stay!

Our family had an amazing time at the cabin and the views were amazing! Communication with our host was always fast and professional. Just minutes from all the attractions and we saw bears twice on our 3 night stay. The beds were pretty comfy and that is a must for our bunch. We will definately stay here again.

My family and I had the best time! Very clean. The cabin felt like home away from home. The host was very quick to respond to questions we had before and after trip. The kids enjoyed the pool, pool table and adults enjoyed the balconys and hot tub just hanging out. Had the best time!!

The view is amazing. We saw a momma bear with 4 cubs! The home was very clean upon arrival. The kids loved the indoor pool. There was a small hiccup with one of the locks and the host responded immediately! Would highly recommend this beautiful home for a family vacation.

This was definitely one of our favorite stays! We stayed here for the our family vacation (8 of us - 7 adults 1 child) and we had a blast! First time my adult kids have been to the mountains and they say this was their favorite place to stay! There was plenty of room and we didn’t feel cramped. The house was clean, plenty of towels and wash cloths. The fireplace just made our stay so very cozy. The pool was amazing! Hot tub was great too. Plenty of glasses and cookware if you want to cook. Very quiet area. The balcony’s were all amazing and had beautiful views. The theater was an awesome touch! Surround sound in there was close to being in a real theater. Loved the game room. Host communication was great. Super close to PF but not so close to pick up city noise and Gatlinburg was just right down the road. Check in was easy as well as checking out. 10/10 stay. Had the best time! Will recommend 100%. Hopefully next time we will see bears! lol (One of my boys had to leave a day early and he did see a momma bear and a cub on the way down the mountain)

Most of our extended family (7 adults, 4 teens, and 5 preteens) spent 4 days/nights there recently. The property was exactly as advertised, and exceeded our expectations. The cabin and its rooms were spacious, immaculate, and fully functional. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub, pool table, video game console, and "movie theater" room. The views of the nearby valley and the foothills/mountains in the distance were awesome, and the peace and quiet of the surroundings was in stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of nearby Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds comfortable, and the decks spacious. Two quibbles: the pool table was showing its age, and there was a scarcity of extra throws/blankets for us old folks who could have used a little more warmth. Other than that, no complaints at all. We would definitely stay there again.

Cabin was absolutely beautiful with a great view! It had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were great, and plenty of rooms to spread out and not be right on top of each other.We love the pigeon forge area. Close enough to all the activities and not in the busy area like Gatlinburg. Small minor adjustment needed to the listing- the grill is charcoal, not gas as listed, so plan accordingly. Otherwise all the things you need are there. Communication with the owner was great. Check in and check out instructions were easy to access and clear. Thanks for a great week where we were able to make lots of wonderful family memories!

Overall the cabin, location, and view was great for our family of 10. However, it was unsettling to realize someone had been in the cabin one day when we were not there. Evidently there was a problem with the pool that we were not even aware of. Upon contacting the host, we were informed that she thought they could fix it and be in and out quickly. We should have been notified regardless if someone was going to be entering during our stay and we weren’t.

I'm so glad that you thought tha cabin was great, that makes us happy. The pool technician was at the cabin. Most cabins have their pool cleaners on a weekly set cleaning schedule, whereby they come to the cabin on a specific day and clean even if it is in the middle of a guest's stay. we however do not do that. we have our pool cleaner come right before every guest so that the pool is perfectly clean and fresh for each new guest's arrival. This instance was him popping in and he did so while you were out so that there was no interruption in your stay. I apologized then and I apologize now that that was upsetting to you, my goal was just the opposite.

Loved the cabin very spacious. Hot tub didn’t work when we got there took host all day to respond to my message about the hot tub. Pool was not heated it was very cold. But enjoyed our time at the cabin.

Melissa, the element in the hot tub went out and it was fixed within 24 hours of the notification. You never mentioned the pool was not heating but the records indicated it was fully operational during your stay. There is a pool thermometer in the pool so that the temperature can be monitored. I wish I had had the opportunity to discuss this with you. I am happy to know that you loved the cabin and your time at the cabin and hopefully all that the area had to offer!

We had a family of eight staying here and the cabin was spacious for all of us to eat and watch movies together. The mountain view from the cabin was spectacular. The theater room had just enough seats for us to watch a movie together, the TV and sound system were good. Cabin is really close to the town Pigeon Forge. Host was responsive when we had an issue with remotes and it was fixed next day for us.Great time in the Smokey Mountains
