Property is great. Location is really great. Air conditioning isn’t the best. Upstairs is significantly different than downstairs. Also the shower heads could use an upgrade.

Fall Break

The property is nice and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s in a great location. The only big complaint about it was the air conditioning was absolutely freezing cold downstairs, but was warm upstairs even though the property manager told us it was blowing out of the vents at the same temperatures. The upstairs and downstairs need to be tolerable at this level of price and we’ve lived around air-conditioning long enough to know it was not right. The location is fantastic. The other complaint is the property manager would not let us check in early which I understand but when they won’t give you the passes to the beach or the pool in advance that’s annoying. So we had to sit around and wait for hours before we could do anything.

The property was even more beautiful than listing. Amazing location. Retiring asap! Ocean view.

The process was easy and straight forward. The mgmt company was not timely in helping with bike flat tires so we had to do that ourselves but otherwise it was an amazing vacation.

September 2019 Stay

We had a great time in watercolor and at this location. It as super convenient to the amazing beach and pool. Can’t wait for the construction to be finished. Everyone was very helpful and courteous and it was not crowded at all! Also, we couldn’t have asked for better weather.

May 2019 Stay

Loved the location and the condo. It would have been fantastic if the pool had not been under construction! We were not told the pool was not going to be done by Memorial Day for our vacation! So we didn’t have the pool and we were awoken every morning by super loud construction noise starting at 7:00 am! Wood being thrown into dumpsters, hammers, saws, trucks. That was unfortunate for our one week off work to sleep in! We will be back though to stay in this place once it has the pool open. It will be great location and nice decor!

We are so sorry for the construction during your stay. We were only notified by the HOA of Watercolor that the construction would not be completed on schedule and we sent out emails to all guests who would be affected. Regardless, we never want our guests to be inconvenienced. We know once this is all completed, this condo will be prime real estate and we are so glad that you all enjoyed the location and decor. May 2018 Stay

Loved the location. Unit was very clean and truly appreciated the clean linens and ample fluffy towels. Some furnishings are dated but it looks like changes are being made. Movers brought in new furniture before we checked out! They were very apologetic though. Might need to check the refrigerator. It is very loud. Also downstairs is very comfortable with the air running but it is warm upstairs. Awesome location! Overall we love it at Watercolor.
