Genesteld in de bergen van West-Noord-Carolina onze hut is ideaal voor koppels en kleine gezinnen. Het ligt op slechts enkele minuten van Linville Falls, Linville Falls Winery, Linville Gorge, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, Ski Sugar Mountain, Banner Elk, Beech Mountain Ski resort en twee mijl naar de ingang van de Blue Ridge Parkway. Onze hut biedt de perfecte balans tussen alles te willen ontsnappen en toch dicht genoeg bij veel lokale bezienswaardigheden te zijn.

Voorzieningen: ligging aan de rivier, airconditioning, complete keuken, bubbelbad, overdekt terras, open haard, flatscreen-tv, satelliet, iPod-radiowieg, wandelpad, toegang tot de rivier.

Rivieroever, hitte en AC, hoewel airconditioning zelden nodig is omdat nergens in Avery County de hoogte onder 3.000 voet is. Heb je ooit genoten van een nachtrust met de ramen open, koele berglucht, luisterend naar het geluid van een stromende rivier? Volledig uitgeruste keuken, overdekt terras, gezellige binnenhaard op gas en houtskoolgrill (zwaar gietijzer).

Niet bereid om te rustiek te zijn? Geniet van uw 32-inch flatscreen-satelliettelevisie met 120 kanalen en een iPod-radiowieg en laad deze op! Een mijl + wandelpad rond de omtrek van het pand (gemaaid tijdens de zomermaanden), 1/4 mijl + van de rivier toegang tot de rivier de Linville (gevuld met forel). De Linville Cabin Rentals op Linville River Log Cabins zijn gelegen in een van de mooiste regio's van het High Country, langs de Linville River. Wanneer je in onze Western NC-hutten verblijft, ben je op enkele minuten van Western NC-attracties zoals de NC Blue Ridge Parkway, fantastische plekken om te genieten van vliegvissen in NC, wildwaterraften in NC, paardrijden in NC Mountains, NC Mountain Golf, en zo veel meer. Het hele jaar door biedt dit bergparadijs eindeloze mogelijkheden voor openluchtrecreatie en om er even helemaal tussenuit te zijn. Bezoek nabijgelegen bezienswaardigheden, zoals de Linville Falls (5 mijl), Jonas Ridge Snow Tubing (5 mijl), Grandfather Mountain (15 mijl), Sugar Mountain Ski Resort (15 mijl), Hawksnest Snow Tubing (19 mijl), Ski Beech Ski Resort (22 mijl) en Boone, NC (25 mijl) liggen allemaal op korte rijafstand van onze rustieke huurblokhutten.

Great Little Cabin

We had a great stay in the “Let it Snow” cabin. Shane was a great host! We really enjoyed our stay here. It is close to the river and to all the places we wanted to visit. We look forward to coming back here again.

Wonderful stay!

The owner of the house was very communicative, kind, and responded back quickly. Check-in was easy, house was clean, and it was in a good location. We loved the hot tub that had a great view of the river! We didn’t know it was right on the river, so that was a bonus for us! I highly recommend staying here!

Aside from a few small maintenance issues, loose toilet and door lock, it was a cozy cabin with everything we needed. Adding a strainer or colander to the kitchen would be helpful.

We wanted to celebrate a birthday with a lot of hiking and relaxing. The Linville Falls and Gorge were just minutes away, and the hot tub and cabin were cozy and welcoming. Shane was a responsive and meticulous host. It was just right.

Great Place for the Grandfather Mtn Area

This is a cute little log cabin located right on the Linville River. The property is beautiful and very restful. We enjoyed being able to fish and relax right by the cabin. The location is phenomenal for getting to Linville, Newland, Linville Falls and of course the Blue Ridge parkway. We hopped on and off the parkway when going to Spruce Pine, Blowing Rock, Boone and Grandfather Mtn. A great stay. The host was very communicative and left a wonderful guide book for everything local. We will stay here again when we’re back this way.

Cozy cabin on a river

The location was perfect for hiking in the mountains. The cabin is part of a group of cabins on a large 20 acre plot that is nicely maintained and very quiet. We enjoyed seeing and hearing the river directly behind the cabin. The cabin was clean with a few exceptions. The floor underneath the bed is dusty/dirty (our dog lost a ball and we went to retrieve it), and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was noisy. Owner communication was really great, ensuring understanding and policy for both of our benefits I'm sure. We recommend this place and will likely stay again in the future. Thank you Shane!!

Spacious Cabin for Two

The pics of the property on VRBO do not do it justice! The cabin is sooo cute! I loved it so much! It’s not as secluded or private as I thought but it was still very nice. For someone who is use to having neighbors it’s fine. I’m from the country and don’t have any neighbors so it was a cultural shock for me haha. The cabin was fairly clean. It does need a good dusting from top to bottom but that’s with any house. I was there to spend quality time with my husband, not really worried about the dust! Everything else was clean though! The hot tub was amazing! The view was amazing. The owner was super nice and even came by and met us! He was pleasant to work with from the beginning! I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone and I honestly can’t wait to go back.

Great get away

I’m extremely happy with our stay at this property. Customer service is the number one reason. While, the location is absolutely beautiful, the quick response from the property manager to fix issues with our rental was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Without question they moved us to another rental, gave us a free night and entry into a local park. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Summer Escape

Husband and I just loved our stay here! The cabin is in a beautiful setting on immaculately maintained grounds right by the river and we just loved the sound of the river and seeing the fireflies at night, relaxing in the hot tub and grilling out. It was the perfect getaway from such an insane world. The owner could not have been nicer or more communicative when scheduling our trip. Located close to the Parkway and a short drive to so many attractions, we really were able to see and do so much in the time we were there. So glad we were able to bring our 18-year old chihuahua with us, too, as we won't have the opportunity for too many more of these trips with her so we are so appreciative for that. We'd love to come back and highly recommend to others! Thank you so much for having us.
