Geniet van uw vakantie op de prachtige witte zandstranden van de Costa Smeralda! Golf van Mexico uitzicht vanaf het moment dat je door de deur loopt.
Dit prachtige appartement is geschikt voor 6-8 personen en beschikt over een groot 29-inch balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad en het strand. Kingsize bedden in beide slaapkamers. Extra slaapplaatsen beschikbaar op twee stapelbedden en een slaapbank in de woonkamer. Zie het water terwijl je wakker wordt en geniet elke nacht van de prachtige zonsondergangen!
Onze eenheid is onlangs gerenoveerd. Bezoekers zullen genieten van schone en luxe meubels en luxe stranddecor. De keuken is volledig gevuld met GE-apparaten, Fiesta-gerechten, veel keukengerei en kookgerei en serveerschalen. Keurig koffiezetapparaat inbegrepen. Beddengoed en handdoeken voorzien. (BYOBT-Breng uw eigen strandhanddoeken). De unit heeft ook 2 volledige badkamers, woonkamer, grote eettafel, plus ontbijttafel. Full size wasmachine en droger inbegrepen.

Spring Break no kids

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time the location and condo were amazing. The view was amazing, and the only issue would have been that the chaise lounge on the balcony was worn out, but it made for a funny memory as it fell back while sitting in it and caused a scare. Not that this could be controlled, but the weather was a little cooler than we expected. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely vacation there again and recommend this place to our friends looking for a panoramic view with a peaceful relaxing stay.

Super nice condo that is very spacious. Had Plenty of items needed such as hangers, utensils, towels, etc. Upon arrival, floors could have been cleaner - gritty and left feet black. Overall it was a great condo.

My only issue with the condo was that the ac was not able to go below 72. I keep my house at 70 and that 2 degrees makes a difference.

Worth the view

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful. Comfy beds in the bedrooms. We had a 2 year old that slept on the bottom bunk. They’re fine for kids but an adult migh find the uncomfortable. We didn’t pull the couch out. There are 3 tvs. Only 2 worked. I asked the owner for help but never heard from him. The ECD people said they’d come but never showed. No biggie. All appliances worked. There’s a floor fan, which is nice. Plenty of beach and pool toys. The comforters could use a nice wash. Plenty of plates, bowls, knives, forks, and spoons. Could use some snack bag clips (I left one) and maybe a lighter for a candle. Also, I designated a drawer beside the bunks as a lost and found. There were several things left by others. The elevators were fast and since we went in September the crowd was down. Parking is convenient. Pool is soooo nice. Beach access is great. Views were amazing. I hope to return soon. Overall it was great!

Family getaway

Scheduled a little family vacation/downtime. We wanted to just get away and relax and have some family time. It was exactly that. We hung out in condo and beach. Guys enjoyed a day of deep sea fishing with Justin leake (chasin the Sun) and girls enjoyed shopping at pier park. Was exactly what we wanted. Condo was beautiful and was on the 12 th floor where we enjoyed sunsets and watching sea creatures from the balcony. We have been going to treasure island for 15 yrs and never disappoint lbs. feels like home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in staff was horrible! The host didn’t have the decency to reply to a message when we were struggling to check in. They charged for an ESA after stating before we booked that they wouldn’t! Dirty dishes were put away from cleaners. The pull out bed had not been cleaned from last visitors if not way prior, it was disgusting! Sand was in the master bed as if the comforter/sheets weren’t changed. The master bed frame is hardly standing. The resort does not provide you with more blankets-fresh sheets-trash bags-tp-soap- anything for the room to accommodate your stay. It is then asked for visitors to clean the rental, leave no dishes behind, do laundry, and take out trash before you leave. With check out at 9 am. What do we pay fees for then!? Not a slob but I do not get paid for housekeeping.

The staff at Treasure Island were very impressive they were nice friendly and always had a smile. The condo was clean and enjoyable. Condo needs a can opener and maybe softer beds but overall a wonderful family place to visit.

Nice condo in great area

The condo was very nice and clean. The location was great and wasn’t too crowded. The only thing I disliked was I was not notified there would be construction on the building, and it was very loud at times and difficult to relax with workers around. I emailed the managers when I arrived and did not receive a response regarding the construction. The condo, however, was great.

Beware of Hidden Costs w/Pets

There are hidden “resort HOA” fees for pets; cost me an extra $280. Also, if arriving at night, the complex is not well marked as to the name “Treasure Island”. We had to stop at a gas/convenience store in order to find it. The next morning we saw the name on the front top left of the parking garage. Cannot see it at night. Other than that, we loved the privacy of the location and would stay here again.

Lovely Condo

Overall Condo was really nice, good facilities, wonderful sea view. Only thing that upset us was when returned from an outing to find condo had been opened ready for maintenance to paint each side of the door which took 40 minutes with the door wide open. No one asked permission to enter the condo and no previous warning. We were very annoyed at this as our valuables were in the condo. I sent a email to emerald coast rentals who never replied.

Room needs to be cleaned better

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked in on Saturday afternoon to our room, all of the linens and towels did appear to be fresh but we found the showers, ceiling fans, and floors had not been cleaned. I realize that any beach rental has potential for some sand in the floor but this was actually filthy. Upon wiping up some water in the floor the paper towel was black. I realized we had a serious issue when plugging in a phone charger beside the night stand I noticed a half eaten cookie covered in cob webs. After looking for contact information we realized the offices were closed for the weekend, so we ended up going and buying a mop and some cleaner and spending a few hours sweeping and mopping the floors. During that process I was sweeping the master bedroom and swept a bunch of broken glass out from under the bedside table. The glass was not just a few tiny pieces, but there were some big pieces that could have cut someone’s foot badly. Anyway the end result is we cleaned to a point we can enjoy our vacation with reasonable comfort. One remaining concern is that if the floors are left that dirty, how could I believe the shower and tub have been cleaned because they don’t appear to have been. So now I’m a little uneasy about my daughter sitting in them after who knows what has been in them since they were last cleaned. And upon looking there is black mold around the bottom. The only other thing that caught my attention is the air filter for the hvac needs replaced. That is something that should have been real easy to fix but they came and looked at it and never returned with one for the rest of the week. My rental said it included 2 beach chairs but of course when we got down to the chair guy he said no they don’t have chairs for that room but every week people come down there expecting that room to have chairs. I think they finally removed from the listing after we raised an issue about it.Over all the locatio

Great unit!

We have stayed at Treasure Island multiple times and this unit was wonderful. It was very well equipped with lots of dishes, cook wear, and utensils. Maybe if there could be some plastic cups instead of all glass that could be helpful, especially with kids. We had a small hiccup to rectify at the beginning of our stay and the rental company was very responsive and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed in a timely and friendly manner- kudos to them! We love the pool that is very family friendly and being right on the beach as well so that our days are spent soaking in all of the sun and water. This area also has so many shopping and restaurant choices nearby so we never feel like we are at a loss for places to go. We were a little surprised that this unit had no hair dryer so be sure to bring your own as we had to go buy a new one for ourselves. Overall we loved our stay and the beautiful unit and would definitely be a repeat customer!
