Thanks much for your complement about our secluded private yard and how unique that is for the Venice beach area. With lots of sun, no neighbors to look at, and citrus trees, hibiscus, flowering vines- we take a lot of care keeping it a magical spot to lounge or enjoy meals at the al fresco dining table. Great neighborhood. Laundry was really great to have on premises. Kitchen was well equipped. The furnished yard area added to the experience. Host was responsive and available. Would recommend!

Great place

We used this property as a central location for our family to meet up and then go on to do some tourist-y things. It was a great location for what we needed. Also loved the firepit since no one had to be in charge of adding more logs.

We visited for 4 nights and our experience was exceptional. Daniel was the perfect host! So responsive to our questions and the level of detail regarding the home features was extremely helpful. We had a great stay!

This was a great property. I stayed here with my parents and my kids, and it was perfect for us. The primary bedroom/bathroom is super nice, the common area/living space was great, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, no complaints! We had to reach out to the property manager with some questions and she was so helpful and kind. We had a really nice visit and would definitely stay again!

Home away from home

Work trip travel - Our host, Daniel provided great, clear and straightforward instructions before hand for check in. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe. This bungalow style home felt like a home away from home. The bed I chose was king size and felt super comfortable were very comfortable. We found our spot whenever we end up in the area next time. Thank you, Daniel for the great hospitality!

Spacious3 bedroom house

We loved staying here. It was a short drive to Venice beach and the house itself was clean and roomy and felt very homey. There is a Vons supermarket 5 minutes away and the area itself is quiet and pretty. We enjoyed the boogie boards as well and had a great day in the sea because of them Comfortable and big rooms. So 100% marks from us

Perfect location

We stayed for my son’s graduation from LMU. Check in was a breeze, the neighborhood is really cute and it was close to everything we needed. The house is very well appointed, there was nothing that we felt we needed. Beds were comfy and bathrooms clean and tidy. The backyard space is welcoming and we enjoyed sitting outside soaking up some sun. Daniel is a gracious host and we will definitely come back.
