Mooi strand appartement op de begane grond van een klein gebouw. Het heeft een groot strand patio dat u kunt lopen ongeveer vier stappen en je zult al op de duinen zijn. Loop naar rechts via een smeedijzeren hek en je bent bij het zwembad / jacuzzi. overvloed

Het appartement is zeer ruim, ongeveer 1500 vierkante meter binnen. Dit toestel heeft twee aparte suites aan elk uiteinde, elk met een eigen badkamer, en een gast / kids slaapkamer in het midden, met de derde bad dat wordt geopend naar de woonkamer.

Het heeft lichte en rustgevende interieur, met een spiegelwand aan de ene kant als gevolg van het uitzicht op het strand. Keuken is goed formaat, heeft alle apparatuur die u in elk huis zou verwachten. Condo was uitgebreid gerenoveerd vóór mei 2018 met alle nieuwe roestvrij apparaten en gestapelde wasmachine / droger. Het heeft een glanzend witte keuken kasten met granieten aanrechtblad. Alles wat u nodig heeft voor een leuke strandvakantie is hier. overvloed

House was clean, perfect location. Front door needs a little TLC, but other than that it was a great experience. I will definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay! Easy beach access and the house was very spacious. Communication with the host was timely and she answered all of our questions. I definitely recommend this place... awesome!!

The perfect vacation! We absolutely loved our stay in this property. Wonderfully equipped, comfortable beds and just steps away from the beach! We appreciated the walkway through the dunes making it easy to take items to/from the beach. Also right off the patio is an entry to the pool. Amazing views from the living room and master. Thank you so much, our family can't wait to come back!

Wonderful place! The walk to the beach is short and nice. The condo itself was spotless, and the Beach House grounds are clean and beautiful. It is a quiet complex, and having the pool right next to the condo was great without being noisy at all. We can wait to go back next summer!

Accommodation roomy, pleasant, and wonderful to have a bathroom for each bedroom! Location was great with the beach down a short boardwalk, and the swimming pool gate right outside our patio door.

Can’t beat the beach access!

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping, and the beach access was literally right out our back door. Excellent value and would recommend for families who want to spend as much time as possible at the beach.

Beach Getaway

This was our first trip to South Padre Island. We will definitely be back. This place is clean, roomy, and convenient to both the beach and local eateries.

Great beach stay

This was a great condo on the beach. We were there during the end of spring break, yet that property was very quite. The building is very nice, very clean and pleasant to stay at. Kitchen is stocked very well. It is a very nice place to stay and a lot of shops, restaurants, and attractions with in walking distance.

We arrived there was no internet when we contacted the host she said there wasn't much she could do instead of calling Spectrum to get it working this was very frustrating. There were Six remotes to various tv's or whatever, none of the batteries were any good some were corroded in the remotes that says how long they had been in there. The host contacted the maintenance guy to come and change the batteries still the system is messed up. My son was able to get the internet since he knows how to do it. This condo has three bedrooms there are very few towels maybe five for that many people. The pans were all burned and nasty, the can opener was antique and didn't work. The dish wipers and mat were nasty, all the showers the shower heads were green and gross. The maintenance guy called the owner and was told to replace the shower heads. The electric stove burners are all a float sometimes the work sometimes they don't. The couches are dirty and nasty. We had to mess up two vacation days to be there when maintenance came. It's like they want to rent the condo but nobody maintains and keeps up to it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want aggravation on your vacation. They advertise remodeled but it must have been 20 years ago because it has issues. Mary

We Love This Place :)

The property was spacious and provided all the kitchen things you would have at home. It directly faced the gulf and the beach, and the pool was so close. It was wonderful drinking coffee on the patio watching the sun rise. The grounds personnel were friendly and professional and the pool area was one of the cleanest I've seen. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Weekend with the family.

The property was excellent, just as shown in the pictures. The location and the easy access to both beach and the pool make this property worth every penny. I had a great time with my wife and 1 year old child. Excellent communication with the host although we didn't have much to talk about since everything was handle before our arrival. I'll come back any time.

Paradise on the beach!

This place is a gem. My friends and I stayed for 6 nights in this amazing house on the beach. The house had everything we needed and more. We had our own private access to the beach, which is unheard of. We had a couple minor issues and the owner addressed them immediately. We so enjoyed sitting out on the patio every morning watching the sunrise over the gulf. Highly recommend this beautiful home. We are already planning our next trip in 2026.

Great location

Property was close to beach. Roomy! The dishes in cabinets had to be washed before use. All the beds were either hard or too bouncy. New beds would be a great investment! Also having a broom in unit would be nice to be able to sweep sand up.

Great, but need new beds

The location was great and being first floor worked well. It was myself and all my children and new grandson. The condo could be better stocked cooking utensils that were useful, the whip did nothing trying to make pancakes. The furniture is outdated and you sink, but we did not spend much time there. The beds were all saggy. On the second day I put my back out simply from the bed and I’m very fit. We all struggled with them, even my 10 year old twins. Small investment will make a huge difference for our return. Christine was easy to reach when we had lock issue. Low overall due to the beds.

We have hired a company to replace all the mattresses that were potentially “soft” with memory foam mattresses.. We wish you would let us know when you were there what is needed instead of criticizing afterwords in your review. Nothing was said until after you leave. Sorry for the loss of your husband, and left you in a dark place.

Great stay at a lovely condo

We stayed in this condo over Easter break. It is on a very quiet section of the beach. The condo looks even better in person than the pictures show. It was very clean. The unit was ready when we arrived shortly after 3:00 as Christine promised. Christine was very easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. We've rented condo's on the beach in various places, but this was the first time we had a ground level unit. It was really nice not to lug all of the chairs, beach toys, etc. on the elevator. It was like we had our own private walkway to the beach, and the pool entrance was also right outside the back door. The unit seemed bigger than we expected. The master bedroom has a king bed with large bathroom (the photos only show the pedestal sink by the shower, but there is also another section of the bathroom with a larger vanity). The 2nd bedroom had 3 twin beds and the third bedroom had 2 twin beds. There was plenty of parking and the property was very quiet and secure. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We had a great stay!

Great vacation experience

My family of 6 plus my mother stayed at this condo for four nights and wished we had more time to enjoy our vacation. Here are some things that made me rate the property so high: - great communication with the owner, very responsive and detailed. We received directions and all required information in advance via email. There were instructions posted inside the condo, and when I had questions throughout our stay we received answers right away. - the condo was very close to the beach-- very important to us since we had a toddler and a senior family member. The ground floor level facing the beach was perfect, it doesn't get closer to the beach than that. - the condo had all necessary of household items, plus games, books and beach toys. All we had to buy was food. - the condo is nicely furnished and decorated. It is clean, with recently remodeled bathrooms. - there is an outdoor shower right next to the condo inside the pool area, and a hose on the condo porch. We were able to keep the sand out of the condo without a problem. - flexible sleeping arrangement: there are three bedrooms with master bed/ 2 twin beds/3 twin beds plus a sofa. Plenty of space to have some quiet time. I highly recommend this condo!
