Thank you for your candor, Thomas. A bad review is not our standard and I'm sorry that we could not come to an understanding. We want people to enjoy their stay and take great memories home with them. We did speak about some of these items over the phone. I asked if the cabinet affected the use of the item or your stay. You confirmed no but didn't want to be charged for it. I agreed you would absolutely not be liable for it. I then was direct and asked if he was wanting a refund because of the cabinet door and you said yes. It is our policy that if something is broken that affects your stay (an appliance or something relied upon), we will absolutely do our best to make it right. At that time, however, I told you I would not refund you because of a light and a cabinet door. As for the light in the master bathroom, that is not the only light in the bathroom. There is a light above the mirror AND a sunlight.

Thank you, Brandon. Guests get everything that is in the pictures! There aren't any pictures of the third floor space. The property has lots of outdoor space with hot tub, small fire pit downstairs in the table, beach toys, beach towels and beach chairs for guest use. We're also putting in a beach cart this weekend. As for the hot tub, the common temp for a hot tub is between 101-102...most do max at 104 (which is actually pretty hot). We would love to hear what kind of amenities would have made it more appealing! We do appreciate feedback on how to improve!

When we spoke about the hot tub previously, I do believe because it was used after the storm and few days of heavy rain during your stay, the water was not shocked and therefore probably was not good to sit in. We clean it and shock it after every checkout. No matter, we're sorry you had a less than perfect experience and certainly hope to host you in the future. <3
