The place was nice and clean and organized. Lots of amenities! beautiful spot, nice view. The host was over the top, generous and making sure our stay was a nice one. We really appreciated the hospitality.

I have to give Kelly 5 stars for gutting out this vacation. We almost never get rain in Kihei, but this guest happened to arrive in the middle of the massive and historic Kona Low rainstorm breaking all records for the last 50 years!

This unit is exactly as pictured and was the perfect place to stay for our family. Everything is beautiful inside the condo and the location of Kamaole Sands can’t be beat. We will be back!

We had a great time, this condo was one of the most organized and best stocked units we have ever stayed at. From beach toys to bbq tools, there wasn’t anything else we could have possibly needed from our accommodation

Very nice condo! Very clean and organized, and nice amenities in great condition. We primarily stay at Kamaole Sands, and this is one of the nicest units we’ve stayed at there. Communication with the owner was great as well. Absolute pleasure to stay in!

Great unit. Partial sunset views from the lanai. Well stocked kitchen and beach toys/supplies. Plenty of toiletries. Responsive host. The staff cleaned the pool daily. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. We did and up using the air conditioning a bit instead of leaving the lanai door open at night just because you can hear the pool activity. But they did always shut down promptly at 10 pm when quiet time started. Would stay again!

Great place for a family on Maui!

Family of 5, lots of moving parts and pieces as usual and this could not have been a better choice. I would recommend this to any family looking for a relaxing and family friendly place to call home while enjoying Maui. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice condo with great view of pool from Lanai

We had a very nice stay at the condo. Very happy to see Beach towels and chairs. The condiments were very nice too. Our grand daughter appreciated the beach toys as well. Thank you Paul and Lynn.

Great family destination!

Kamaole Sands and our hosts completely exceeded our expectations. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. This facility is very family-friendly so there were plenty of other children for our kids to play with in the pool area and at the beach. Our hosts provided a very comfortable and accommodating unit with great amenities for cooking our own meals and enjoying beach life! We hope to be back next year!

Occasionally a rental unit feels like home. This condo was one of those! We enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit, well-stocked supplies, comfortable beds, trade wind air flow in the unit, air conditioning (although rarely used by us - we came to Hawaii to be warm!) as well as the serenity of the resort, which despite high density, was never too loud or crowded in any of the public areas during our 10-day stay. Short walk to Kam II and III Beaches. Mahalo to the hosts and the rental management company for timely communication and accommodating our requests.

Mackinnon vacay

We loved this unit. It had everything we needed, plus more. The location was perfect for our family. My husband said the blender was the best he’s ever used to make lava flows for sunset. Thank you very much.

Kamaole Sands

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands. The condo was outfitted well and the property has plenty of amenities. If the pool is not your thing, the beach is just across the street. I would have liked the air conditioning to be more robust, especially in the loft but overall it got the job done.

Nice place. Clean. 4th floor. Balcony with Pool and Ocean View. Beds were comfortable. Good amenities. Even had beach stuff. Pool, two hot tubs, and a little gym too. There was a snafu with the door code that a phone call fixed. And there was also an unexpected 25 daily resort fee. But walk across the street to a nice little beach, then hit the hot tub afterwards and ahh...

Very impressed with the condo and facilities. Paul was a pleasure to deal with and was quick to reply to all my questions. Everything you need from kitchen condiments to beach accessories was supplied. Location was central to shopping, hiking and beaches. Will definitely rent from Paul again. 10 days on Maui!

We have stayed at the Kamaole Sands in several different units over the years and just love this place! This visit we had our daughter, son in law and 5yr grandson, so needed a bigger unit than when just us 2. Your place was perfect! It was so very well maintained as our the grounds & pool area. It was great you provided beach toys, our grandson loved those.Thank you for sharing your place and giving us wonderful memories with our family! Denise & Kevin

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and comfy. The lanai is above the swimming pool, which was a bit noisy some evenings, but we also had the lanai doors open at all times to feel the breeze. It was pleasurable during hulu Wednesdays, when Anthony Pfluke played live with three hulu dancers. He has a beautiful voice, very memorable. I found him on 🍎 music, and am looking forward to listening to him! One thing to note, we did have to buy extra paper products. The pool guy shows up daily to clean and open the pool! Very friendly.

Wonderful condo with many amenities!

Beautifully appointed condo with wonderful view of pool, landscape and ocean from small balcony. The beautiful property is meticulously maintained, top-end BBQs cleaned daily, 3 pickleball and 2 tennis courts, short walk to beach, well lit walkways, garbage chute & recycling, etc... Condo has EVERYTHING that you need including garburator, beach chairs, boogie boards, spices, coolers, freezer packs, storage containers & bags, utensils, lots of cutlery & dishes, supplies and fine appliances. Very clean and comfortable (even the pullout couch). Air conditioning works well. Friendly people at check-in desk. Only glitch was that VRBO did not provide us with the door code to our condo when we arrived. Owners promptly replied to messages and provided advice to our requests. We highly recommend this condo and would certainly stay here again!
