Onze familie vakantie appartement is direct aan het strand met vrij uitzicht op de Golf vanuit de woonkamer, balkon, keuken en eetkamer. Het heeft nieuwe verdiepingen nieuwe keuken en nieuwe meubels. Alles is geüpgraded. Stapelbedden hebben een flatscreen-tv's. Het uitzicht, met name zonsondergangen vanaf 11e verdieping patio is geweldig. De meeste gasten zien de dolfijnen 's morgens. Wij bieden strandstoelen / parasols, Netflix voor elke tv en gratis high speed Wifi. Pelican Beach Resort is de belangrijkste familiebestemming van het gebied.

We bieden geen militaire of andere kortingen. We hebben last-minute specials die al zijn ingebouwd in de dagtarieven.

Je voelt de luxe om je heen in dit appartement. De eenheid is bijgewerkt met granieten aanrecht en nieuwe ijdelheden. Keukenkasten zijn opgewaardeerd. Alle apparaten zijn vervangen door roestvrijstalen eenheden. De tapijten in woon- en slaapvertrekken worden vervangen door luxe laminaatvloeren. Nieuwe 43 inch tv in de slaapkamer. Vers geschilderde bankbeds op maat. Nieuwe Twin XL-matras met traagschuim op de bankbedden. Cool Gel koningin traagschuim matras op de slaapbank. De unit is smaakvol ingericht met alles wat je nodig zou hebben. Wij exploiteren de verhuur zelf als een gezin, zodat u individuele aandacht van mij krijgt. Ik heb drie andere eenheden in Pelican Beach Resort, die onlangs zijn opgenomen in airbnb met goede recensies. We gebruiken hetzelfde schoonmaakbedrijf met dezelfde aandacht voor detail.

Munt bediende wasmachine / droger in de vloer, naast de liften in de wasruimte (breng 8 kwartalen voor een wasmachine / droger cyclus).

Je hebt toegang tot alles wat Pelican Beach Resort te bieden heeft. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere 3 zwembaden, sauna, stoombad, cafe, Tiki bar, spa, groot open dek, tennisbanen.

We geven privacy en ruimte voor onze gasten, maar zijn slechts een telefoontje verwijderd.

Parkeren is gratis op de overdekte parkeerplaats van het resort. Het Pelican Beach Resort biedt gratis toegang tot het strand, een gratis zwembad voor gasten, een gratis fitnessruimte voor de gasten, etc.

This was the second time we've stayed, however it had probably been a long time since the first stay. Our girls were young and went with us then. This time it was just my wife and I celebrating our wedding anniversary, which actually was in August but waited till the fall to come here since it was cooler and less people. The view was awesome just like in the pictures. We hung out there whenever we could. Tufan was an excellent host and spot on with everything just like the last time we stayed. The condo is still awesome overall and the bed was very comfortable. Our only regret is we wish we could have stayed longer, but maybe next time.

This property was as described. Owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We went on Labor Day weekend so a very busy weekend, but didn’t seem to have to wait very long for elevators and such. The only reason I gave this a four is because getting in and out of the resort is very hard due to having to cross two lanes of very busy traffic. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Fun and Sun

Stayed for week with our 2 boys (7/8). They enjoyed the bunks with their own TVs. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony with views of all the fishing boats leaving for charters each day. Don't forget to book your beach chairs! It was worth it, no hassle to and from beach everyday. Pictures of the view don't do it justice. Don't hesitate, book now!

The unit was very nice and the resort was great. My family loved the view from the balcony and the kids loved the bunk beds with their own TVs. Communication was great and we had all the information that we needed. The kitchen was also well stocked. Great rental. We definitely recommend.

The listing for this unit is very accurate. Clean, updated and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped so we were able to cook full meals with ease. Our stay in the Pelican Beach Resort on the 11th floor was a great choice.The unit was very clean and had all the amenities of home.The bed was very comfortable and the view of the Ocean is absolutely beautiful.It was spectacular watching the dolphins from the balcony.

We love beach vacations. Growing up in Cyprus, I used to think that no beach is better than the salty waters of Mediterranean and our sandy beaches are the best. Then I saw turquoise waters and sugary white beaches of Destin, Florida and fell in love at first sight. This is the reason we bought beach condos in Destin. We visit regularly as a family and rent them ourselves. We have a total of 7 units at Pelican Beach Resort. Waterscape, Majestic Sun at Seascape Resort and Luau, Bahia, Elation and G. Sandestin at Sandestin Resort are our other locations. They are all by the beach and are updated. You can expect same great service and same attention to detail for all our condos in the area.

Nicest beaches in United States, friendly fun people. Family oriented city and a property that is right at the beach with great ocean views. As soon as you step in, you will realize that you are at the ocean and the tides will take you in. You will not want to leave.
