Dit appartement met 1 slaapkamer, 1 badkamer aan de oceaan, dat uit een complete zomer 2018-renovatie komt, is je paradijs aan het strand. Geniet van de rust van dit eersteklas condominiumcomplex in Zuid-Maui, gelegen op een klif tussen twee van de mooiste stranden van Zuid-Maui!

Van de hoogwaardige afwerkingen van ons huis tot de meer dan 40 jaar Maui-ervaring die de eigenaars meebrengen naar uw vakantieplanning, u zult genieten van de reis van uw leven. Ons huis is bij uitstek geschikt voor een romantisch uitje, die op zoek zijn naar een beetje relaxte downtime en iedereen die optimaal van Maui wil genieten.

Ons huis is perfect gelegen tussen de prachtige en toegankelijke stranden van Kamaole I en Kamaole II en heeft een uitzicht op de voorste rij van de prachtige Stille Oceaan. Wij bieden luxe accommodatie en toegang tot de oceaan tot de adembenemende Stille Oceaan en prachtige zonsondergangen in Maui! Kom ontspannen op uw Lanai, aan het zwembad of weelderig gazon aan de oceaan! Voor degenen die een actiever verblijf wensen, zijn er schildpadden en seizoensgebonden walvissen te spotten vanaf de Lanai, directe toegang tot de stranden voor al uw gewenste activiteiten: zonnebaden, oceaanzwemmen, strandlopen en wandelen.

Royal Mauian 308 is de perfecte vakantiebestemming aan het strand voor koppels, of ze nu samen reizen of als onderdeel van een bredere familie of vriendengroep. We hebben ook extra contacten op het eiland als u op zoek bent naar meer dan één eenheid, hetzij bij de Royal Mauian, of onze andere luxe accommodatie op de Maui Kamaole, op 15 minuten lopen.

Beautiful condo, perfect location, wonderful host

This condo has everything you could possibly need for the perfect Maui vacation. It's beautiful and comfortable and the ocean/ beach views are gorgeous. The host is very attentive and responsive and has equipped the condo with everything you will need to feel at home and have a relaxing Maui vacation. The location is perfect for an easy walk down to the beach to swim and snorkel with the sea turtles and for sitting on the lanai and enjoying the sunset and watching the sea turtles as they swim by. There are also great shops and restaurants across the street. The only downside is that our 1 week of vacation flew by too quickly and we had to go home. We can't wait to come back and (hopefully) stay longer!

Perfect Oceanfront Location

Just returned from our 6 week stay at this gorgeous condo. Directly on the ocean, amazing views of the ocean and Kam 1 Beach. Spacious balcony to dine and watch the whales. Central location, short walk to shops and restaurants. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Kihei. Excellent communication with the host, seamless check in and check out procedures. We look forward to visiting again.

Perfection

Location is perfect for watching whales and sunsets, walking multiple beaches and groceries/restaurants. The unit itself is clean, modern and fully equipped. Best of all, the view from lanai is amazing and always shaded.

Lovely stay, highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo itself was very nice, and, as many have mentioned previously, the gracious and welcoming hospitality of Kevin contributed greatly to our enjoyable stay. The reservation process was easy, and information and instructions were excellent. The condo is extremely well-located. We could walk out the building door to the beach a few steps away, or, in the other direction, along a walking path that stretched all the way to Wailea. It has been updated, yesterday from all appearances, as everything appeared fresh and new. The kitchen was VERY well furnished, and we greatly appreciated the olive and other cooking oils, herbs and spices, and salad dressings and condiments. Very much appreciated, too, were the grocery shopping bags. Make sure you look in all the cabinets--we found some bags immediately, but on the last day we opened a cabinet we had not looked in and we found more. Honestly, there was nothing we needed that was not there, including that the host supplies a beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards, 2 nice lawn chairs, 2 noodles, and a lovely lanai for sunsets. Cleanliness and comfort were excellent. Because of the way the building is shaped we did hear a little street noise from the bedroom and we could hear people walking by, but overall noise was not a problem. In sum, this was really a great place to stay and we enjoyed our time there very much.

Wonderful vacation getaway!

This place will not disappoint! It really felt like a home away from home and Kevin really is a superhost. Kevin was incredibly kind , welcoming and responsive throughout our entire stay for anything we needed or questions we had. We watched the turtles and listened to the ocean every morning while we drank our coffee - what a treat! Beautiful sunsets from the lanai as well! The lawn and beach around would fill with people but we could just grab a mimosa and watch right from our own spot. The location was also fantastic as you can walk across the street for almost anything you might need (restaurants, grocery store, alcoholic beverages, clothes and souvenirs, bakery, etc). But if you’re up for exploring further it’s very central to almost anything. While it’s fun to explore other beaches, the beaches on either side of the property were great and we typically just took our towels, sunscreen and some beverages to Kamaole 2 and had a wonderful time. Would definitely come back, and may even do so next year!
