De Pedregal-gemeenschap staat bekend als de "Beverly Hills" van Cabo, met zijn 24 uur per dag bewaakte gated access, huizen van miljoenen dollars, een privé Sunset-strand en SPECTACULAIR ONBEGRONDE UITZICHT op de Sea of Cortez en de stadsverlichting van de stad. U zult zich VEILIG en VEILIG voelen in dit PENTHOUSE-stijl appartement dat u een rustige en toch HANDIGE locatie biedt met slechts 7 minuten ontspannen lopen naar de stad waar u tal van goede restaurants, bars en boetieks vindt.

Portofino, een verzameling unieke woningen, is een zorgvuldig aangelegde privé-wijk met 2 zwembaden, voldoende parkeergelegenheid en vriendelijke mensen. Je zult het gevoel hebben dat je hier al na een paar dagen woont! Tijdens uw verblijf kunt u op elk moment contact opnemen met de on-site property manager voor advies en / of suggesties over hoe u uw bezoek optimaal kunt benutten. Je zult genieten van je koffie op het uitgestrekte dek terwijl je de zonsopgang en de cruiseschepen bekijkt terwijl ze de baai in komen en gaan. 'S Nachts zal de twinkelende stadsverlichting van Cabo je VERBLIJVEN en vaak laat een vuurwerk de hemel voor iedereen stralen.

Onze eigen Pedregal Spa / sportschool is slechts een korte wandeling de heuvel op. U kunt genieten van een training (tegen betaling) met uitzicht op de Stille Oceaan, daarna een duik nemen in het overloopzwembad of genieten van een van de speciale spadiensten om te ontspannen. Geniet voor slechts $ 20 van een massage van 70 minuten.

Uw hoofdslaapkamer is compleet met een nieuw kingsize kingsize bed, kamerhoge ramen met schuifregelaars naar het enorme dek en een flatscreen-tv waar u echt kunt ontspannen en onze bibliotheek met dvd's kunt bekijken. Beide slaapkamers hebben hun eigen individueel regelbare A / C-eenheden en grote kasten met ingebouwde laden.

Gewelfde hoge plafonds overal, de zeer lichte en ruime woonkamer is nieuw ingericht met een zuidwestelijke flair. Gastronomische keuken met granieten aanrechtbladen, full-size hoogwaardige roestvrijstalen GE-apparatuur en een volledig uitgeruste keuken om maaltijden te serveren voor uw diner of barbecue op het dek. U hoeft zich geen zorgen te maken over de waterkwaliteit want er is onbeperkt koud en heet gefilterd / gezuiverd water en ijs op aanvraag.

Blijf in contact en blijf in contact met glasvezel, draadloos high-speed internet en een lokale vaste telefoonlijn, zodat u GRATIS onbeperkt naar de VS en Canada kunt bellen.
Je flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer wordt geleverd met een blue-ray-speler, veel dvd's en een Android-box die Netflix en meer dan 7.000 kanalen streamt, zodat je geen game op de beste sportkanalen mist en films eerst draait!

Awesome condo

This place get a 12 out of 10. Beautiful and confortable condo. The whole Pedregal is exquisite. With security 24/7. It is 10-minute walk to downtown Cabo. I recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

Love this location

Great condo in a great area. Easy to walk into town and great mountain hikes within Pedregal over to the Pacific side and back. It was a great place to watch the fireworks from! Master bed mattress could use replacing as it was very soft and low except right n the center of the bed. Sheets didn’t really fit and would recommend cotton sheets and pillow case covers. Nightlights would be a good addition as well. Hosts were lovely and easy to get a hold of to take care of any issues.

Our stay with Wren and Karin's condo

our Stay with Karin and Wren’s condominium Brian Wesner & Kathy Brogan I give our stay a 10/10 at this location…The Condo is beautiful with a great balcony overlooking the city and the harbor where the cruise ships come in. Karin and Wren went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible Wren gave us some great tips about how to survive in and around town When we first arrived at the airport it was dark and we rented a car. We had no idea how to get to the condo but one phone call to Karin and although it was late at night she guided me right to the door The condo is well equipped with appliances and the air-conditioning is excellent although we only had to use it twice in one bedroom You can sleep at night with the doors open which gives you the feeling of camping out with all the comforts of a kingsize bed. The rooms are also equipped with ceiling fans. Some aspects to watch out for is that Mexican land phone lines are relatively useless You can buy a through away phone for about 20 USA which I would highly recommend or you can work out a plan with your own provider but it will probably cost you a bit more. I would also plan to rent a car as the trip up the hill is quite arduous. Another great way to fo is to use urber I found them absouletly excellent and our return trip to the airport was cheaper than taking a taxi…The drivers are excellent and arrive after you call them almost immediately. Cabos has many exciting restaurants and shopping also San Jose has a great art walk every Thursday night. I got my gold ring repaired there at a 1/3 of the price that it would cost me in Canada Improvements: 1/A night stand on both sides of the bed 2/ written explanation on how to use the televisions and appliances 3/ written explanation on how to use urber for the non imitated Things to consider: 1/ It’s easy enough to walk down town but it’s quite a climb back up unless your in great physical shape Urber is so cheap and we made extensive use of it. 2/ The same applies to the beach area Summary: A great place to stay Helpful landlords great view away from the hustle and bustle barbecue fantastic balcony Gated and very safe Thanks Wren and Karin for a beautiful stay I would recommend your place to anyone in a heart beat.

An amazing stay in the penthouse like condo in Pedregal

Had an amazing month’s stay in the penthouse like condo. The photos depict the beautiful & comfortable decor through the condo. The outside sitting area is very large. A wonderful place to enjoy the unobstructed views of the downtown core & the cruise ships at the harbour. Also to enjoy wine & eating outdoors. The washer & drier were a bonus. The condo overlooks the ground’s pool and beautiful gardens. It is very peaceful. Although, we had a car, we often walked to the harbour & back. We considered that our exercise, as it is uphill all the way . Just a couple of suggestions were made to have a full length mirror installed in the 2nd bedroom (especially if u are sharing the condo with another person or couple) & in the master bedroom the tv shound have acces to tv channels as the main tv. Karin & Wren, the owners were on site . Karin greeted us on arrival at the condo with treats and cold refeshments. She also provided guidance on the condos rules, garbage etc. There is a binder that details restaurants, beaches, maps etc. They checked in for any assistance required. We appreciated that . Would highly recommend a stay.

As advertised Host Karin And Wren are great and helpful quiet condo for couples vacation

The condo is awesome .just like the photos. Two pools right below condo. Quiet area. Comfortable bedding and living area. Thanks Wren for the TV channels did not miss any baseball or nfl games and also able to watch my hometown news channels. We walked mostly the first two days of our stay the downhill walk to the downtown area was easy but the return walk to condo is a real hike. Then I was informed UBER was up and running in Cabo thank you UBER saved my legs. It was @$3 dollars US one way to most downtown areas one way and about $5 to the Walmart . Believe me after two days you will want and thank UBER . download their app before you get here.. they will pick you up and drop off at the nearby Penny Lane Cafe , they won’t come past the security gates. Also they will drop off at airport but cannot pick you up there.. We felt very safe and secure in the condo area . Karin was always avail if needed and responded to our questions quickly . You will not be disappointed with the condo .i will warn anyone with limited mobility or leg issues this place may not be for you , they are steps and inclines to walk (elevators are avail) but you got to get to them. Also Cabo downtown area will be a issue if you have mobility problems . But the City and beaches are well worth it (Beautiful ) can’t wait to get back. Did not catch my marlin. Just some dorado so I must return for my marlin Thanks Karin and Wren

Primarily for its walking distance to everything! I fell in love with the location of Portofino after staying in a condo here listed on VRBO. It was really hard to compare to anything else. It is a gem set in the side of the hill majestically poised over the township of Cabo. Quick access from the complex to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping while having a safe, secure area to walk and enjoy some quiet time as well. Located within the exclusive Pedregal community, you realize quickly how fortunate those are to be within its gates!! The grounds are manicured and tropical, and each condo is unique. Not one, but two heated pools. The all white architecture is stunning, and like no other complex in the area. It is truly unique.

Elevators!! So few condo complexes have them. Monitored, guarded and gated 24/7 for your safety. A walk/hike up the cobblestone road in Pedregal gives you a great work out and simply the best birds eye view of Land´s End with Sea of Cortez on one side, and Pacific Ocean on the other as you meander though spectacular Pedregal homes. Our very own Pedregal Sunset private beach where you can watch the whales breach, sting rays jump out of the water and dolphins frolic. It's a magical place to take a beach chair, your favourite drinks and head down to watch the sunset or stroll the beach at sunrise. And if you play pickle ball, Pedregal is the only place in Cabo with open courts. Breakfast or lunch at our court side cafe is extraordinary!!!
