Perfect place in Tuscaloosa! Centrally located, had everything we needed exceptionally clean!!We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation and so bummed I didn’t find this place for all of our visits to T Town!!

Excellent location and adorable condominium!

We stayed here for our daughter’s college graduation. The location was excellent. It was an easy walk to the Colosseum for the graduation. The condo has the cutest decor and softest, comforters and sheets. If you were coming here for a graduation, please be mindful that the parking and traffic is heavy and us being able to walk was so nice. The traffic just going a block was about a 30 minute wait. The owner was very kind and gracious and I highly would recommend this place 10 out of 10.

Just Amazing!!!

The property is even better than the pictures!! Close to everything U of A- we appreciated being able to walk to all campus events. The condo is beautifully furnished and oh so comfortable. We appreciated the lovely bbq grill, spacious deck and well stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back! The owner was awesome to work with- great communication!

Great location for visiting the University

We absolutely loved this condo. It is beautifully finished and in the perfect location, close to everything we did while we were getting my daughter moved into her dorm. The owner was very responsive and gave clear instructions on accessing the unit. The home was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful home.

Great location for Parents Weekend

We stayed at this condo for our daughter’s sorority Parents Weekend. We were walking distance to her apartment and the sorority houses. They had everything we needed and more! A lot of amazing little touches - water bottles, snacks, k-cups. So nice!!

Incredible Bama Rental

We were in town to visit our daughter for Homecoming weekend. This rental was probably one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. Very well stocked rental from linens to kitchen supplies, there was not anything we were lacking. Check in was incredibly easy, rental was very clean and parking was a huge bonus. We absolutely loved the location, walking distance to sorority row, the stadium and the campus. We would love to stay again!

"Roll Tide" Rental was

We came out for our daughter's gymnastics camp, so the location was perfect- short walk to Coleman Coliseum! Check in was easy enough, as Judy provided detailed instructions. The owners identified and fixed an issue the day before we checked in, which we appreciated! The only other real issue was some of the electrical- the outlets on the kitchen bar didn't work (plenty of other working outlets though). It was nice having designated parking in the building- it's a very secure property. Spacious area to cook and eat meals as well. We would definitely look into this property the next time we planned to come for a football game!

Perfect property. Easy walking to most of campus. Huge balcony. Hulu is included. Wifi is available. Decked out inside. Party trays. Gas grill. Pod coffee maker. Regular coffee maker. Building is awesome. Locked parking for safety for your car. Super clean. A++++

The condo was as lovely as always. This is our 3rd stay. It was well stocked with anything we needed and Julie is a very responsive and attentive host.

Fabulous repeat stay!

Another great weekend spent in an awesome condo! In town with family for Fall Graduation. My parents have mobility issues and loved the condo and convenience to Coleman Coliseum. No issues getting them to and from the car to the condo. Easy access to bedrooms and bathrooms with a walker. They can’t wait to come again. Better than a hotel room!

Austin Peay game weekend

We can’t say enough about this property. The unit was spotless, the furniture, decor and linens were high quality and beautiful. Location and parking spots provided were perfect. Renting this unit was effortless. Julie was amazing and responded quickly to any question I had. I highly recommend her and this property, and hope to stay there again.
