Geniet van de zon op de prachtige zandstranden van de Golf van Mexico. Of u kunt genieten van het prachtige weer in South Padre, lekker luieren rond ons privézwembad. We streven ernaar om te voldoen aan de hoogste normen voor het comfort van onze gasten en om aan al uw vakantie verwachtingen te voldoen tijdens een verblijf in het privé luxe zeezicht huis van onze familie op het eiland.

Dit is veruit de meest moderne uniek ontworpen, luxueus en prachtig ingericht en gedecoreerd privé familiehuis met oceaanzicht, waar dan ook. Het is het ultieme familie-uitje met een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf op South Padre Island. Voor een uitzicht op de oceaan, ontspant u aan de voorkant of slentert u achteraan en geniet u van de overdekte buitenruimte die iedereen comfortabel onderbrengt en naar het tropisch aangelegde achtertuin-privézwembad en de verwarmde jacuzzi-spa met overdekte buiten-BBQ - eethoek leidt. De gastronomische keuken centreert rond een unieke, caste-in-place, betonnen ronde tafel voor 12 keukens, Vulcan gasfornuis en extra grote commerciële roestvrijstalen apparaten. Leefruimte buiten is rijk aan het Braziliaanse redwood promenade dek, en 2e niveau observatiedek met natte bar. Voltooi de ervaring op het dakterras met uitzicht op de oceaan met natte bar (geweldig voor het bekijken van het vuurwerk van de baai elke vrijdagavond tijdens de zomer). 45 minuten rijden naar 2 Mexicaanse grens winkels en bezienswaardigheden.

Geniet van het beste weer van het jaar hier op South Padre Island in de maanden september, oktober, november en december. Het water is veel helderder en aquablauw, met het zand en de lucht helder en schoon. Het eiland is minder druk met veel evenementen om bij te wonen en de temperatuur varieert in de jaren 70-80.

De Wave-shuttle stopt voor het huis, privé conciërge en voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

There is so much to say about this property. Clean, convenient to everything, beds are so comfy, very clean, sooo close to beach, owners are amazing. Oh… the pool, it was enjoyed by all. Suites for all couples & enough bunk beds for all grands. Lots of room to spread out & not be on top on each other. Lots of stairs but my legs now feel stronger ha. I didn’t want or need for anything the entire trip, except more time there. Please trust me, you have to check it out. I don’t have enough time to write all that was perfect & NO negatives. I promise you will not be disappointed.

We loved this property!!! Great views of the beach and plenty of breezy outdoor spaces to choose from! We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the property as well! Excellent communication with the owners. Property is directly across from a public access point so access to the beach is quick and easy. Downstairs: one king size bedroom with private bathroom along with the kid’s room with plenty of bunk beds and an additional shared bathroom. Pool is smaller than shown in the listing pictures, but very clean and private and we appreciated having it on the property. 2nd floor: Fully equipped kitchen, living room with wonderful beach view, one king size bedroom with private bathroom along with a second queen bedroom with a shared bathroom and a wraparound porch. 3rd floor: Wet bar and outdoor deck. Other: Owners also provided access to their beach accessories: beach wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs which is very helpful.

Dos Suenos exceeded our expectations! We had a lovely stay and the house was perfect for our family. We had 3 grandbabies under 3 and being so close to the beach access was awesome and we could come right back, rinse off and jump in the pool. We have previously stayed in condos along the beach but with our growing family this worked out so much better for us. We will book again!!

South Padre Vacation

This property was perfect for us. We took a family of 12 and this residence was perfect. Ages from 2-67!Location was absolutely perfect right across from beach. No transportation needed. Property had everything we needed to include a private swimming pool. Of special mention the huge kitchen table that offered a great talking space that bought the family together. Would definitely rent again.

Simply amazing!

My family booked a last-minute getaway to South Padre Island over New Years and this house, and hosts were simply amazing! The house is beautifully decorated and setup with everything a group needs to be happy. The location is directly across the street from beach access, so getting to and from the beach is super easy. We've already asked to stay again next year!

* JULIA P Spring (5 out of 5 stars) Location! We have stayed at this house twice with extended family for Easter weekend. The house is well appointed and the location can’t be beat! Plenty of room and beautiful ocean views. The owner is very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The house was immaculately clean and had so many wonderful amenities that made our visit worry free. We stayed over a busy holiday week and really enjoyed the privacy of the shaded pool and back yard during busy beach times. Our kids ages 9 and 12 loved swimming in the pool and enjoyed all the beach toys and boogie boards. The adults loved the easy beach access and lovely balconies with views. The house had great space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. We loved cooking in the kitchen for most of our meals and the ice maker and extra beverage fridge were added bonuses. Bill and Linda were very attentive throughout the booking process and helpful with a few questions we had during our stay. We will definitely return here on our next visit to SPI!
