A nice family home with private pool and garden. Although the villa itself is a bit dated and could do with a bathroom/kitchen upgrade for the price paid, it became a real ‘home from home’ with all the amenities we needed. We had different ‘zones’ for the time of day: outside pool area for sunbathing, outside terrace area near pool for lunch, outside terrace at the from to catch the last bit of sun each day and inside lounge (aircon) to relax with a drink in the evening. Locale: the villa is conveniently situated near supermarkets (Esclat), bars/restaurants and beach all within easy walking distance. Train station is less than 10 minutes walk. Point to note, taxis are very hard to come by. All in all, a nice relaxing break!

Private, comfortable holiday home.

We had a lovely time at the house, it was very well equipped, comfortable and the hosts were amazing. The pool is private and the area quiet. Exactly what we needed to recharge and relax.

We had a very lovely and relaxing stay at Villa Cunit The pool and garden/cabana area were a great place to relax after a swim. Also the front Patio was a nice place to chill and watch the sun rise in the morning.there are supermarkets and Tapas bar very close by which was great as we dont have a car. The communication with Marc the host was great. Looking forward to returning

Great place to relax and explore

Very good communication from the host. Barcelona less than an hour on the train, lovely beach in walking distance, equally great just to stay put and relax by the pool.

Very satisfied

WE have stayed in the House for Short Four days but it was an unbelievable vacation. Everything Perfect! The House Even more beautiful as on the pictures from the Internet The Barbecue near the Pool, the Swimmingpool lightened in the Night, the Beach and big Supermarkets near the House were the top Things WE liked the Most here And of Course the landlord Ivan was very Kind and friendly! Thank you for the Nice Stay and WE recommend this House for sure No Regrets :) Thorsten and Viorica from Germany ;)

Our stay at this Villa was Fantactic!!!

Beautiful Villa. Well spacious. Very clean both inside and outside. The kids really had a lovely time. Well enclosed and safe for the children to play in the garden without being monitored every time. Every appliance in the house worked up to standard and expected. Although the internet was a bit slow but I guess we are used to a faster internet in the UK. Myself and my wife had a quality time together with quite a few outdoor sitting areas to talk and relax... close proximity to shops, train station, beech etc... This is a villa that could always bring us back to Barcelona. We love it and enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Mark and Ivan. Regards

Little Oasis tucked away from the Town

We arrived early and the host was more than accommodating at letting us in, they even physically showed us how to find an ATM 🤣 the house itself is well equipped, very clean and has all the facilities you need. There is air conditioning but you don’t need it as the house is always nice and cool. The pool area is fantastic for during the day as it’s a little sun trap and for long lazy evenings you have this warmly lit gazebo area which is amazing. Would most definitely stay here again because if it’s location, we used it for a base to visit Portaventura Theme Park and Barcelona, so if you don’t plan on travelling you won’t need a car as all the shops and restaurants are within walking distance, also Cunit has an amazing beach about 500 m away from the villa. This town is mostly local and with just a few tourists, everyone was very nice and accommodating 👌 Well done Iván @ Marc ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our holiday in the villa was superb, the outside area was amazing and so private.... and very clean

We had an amazing time in the one storey villa. The pictures of the outside really didnt fo it justice... it was such a lovely surprise when we arrived at how nice it was. We stayed at the villa most of our stay relaxing by the pool. We cooked every day in the kitchen which had everything you need. The inside living area had a lovely flow leading to both back pool area and also a front seating area with fab wicker chairs where we sat every evening. There were games and cards to use, which was handy as we had limited weight allowance. We didnt use the living area as we were outside all the time but it was really comfortable and plenty of space. The villa was really close to the beach and there was a local Spar just across the road to buy supplies and it was reasonably priced. We didnt need a car which is why we picked this villa. We went on the train to Barcrlona which only cost €5 one way per person. We didnt want to go exploring just time to unwind and relax and we felt really refreshed after our stay I must say. We found a little pub and went there most days and 2 beers cost €3 which was really cheap. The host Ivan was amazing throughout the whole process and communicated with us and answered all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He even organised our transfers. Thank you Ivan for ensuring we had a stress free stay.

Negatief: Locatie

A part cela, c'était vraiment genial
