WINTER SPECIAAL - In de buurt van Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort. Onlangs gerenoveerd 1.200 m² appartement met 2 zeer ruime slaapkamers, geen lichtvervuiling door de stad en niet veel lawaai van de weg zodat u de sterren kunt zien, de vogels horen zingen, overal van herten kunt genieten. Het is halverwege tussen Whitefish en Kalispell - slechts ongeveer 15 minuten naar beide steden. Het is 8 mijl van een groot winkelgebied dat Walmart, Costco, Cabella's, REI en diverse restaurants omvat. Gemakkelijke toegang tot bekende toeristische locaties zoals Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort, Blacktail Ski Resort, Glacier National Park en Flathead Lake, maar ook slechts een klein eindje verwijderd van andere minder bevolkte meren zoals Talley Lake, het diepste natuurlijke meer in Montana waar u kunt ga zwemmen, vissen en varen.

Nice and quiet in the woods

This is a wonderful place to stay. There with a friend and we both enjoyed the accommodations - exceptionally clean and everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend selecting this beautiful location. You will not be disappointed!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great, and my daughter really enjoyed seeing all the animals on the property. Barb was very welcoming and made us feel at home. We’d gladly stay again.

Fantastic Property

This basement apartment was perfect for our family of five, especially with a wheelchair. It's a little further out of town than I initially thought, but I'd happily stay there again. Especially during the summer, it seems like the perfect summer getaway.

It was so beautiful. So nice and green. We sat outside all day and watched the turkeys and the chickens and saw the peacocks. Barb and Shawn are so friendly and helpful and courteous. We got lost along the way an hour or so before 😆 and got there late, but Barb was still willing to come and welcome us and we thought that was very nice because she really didn’t need to. My aunt said it was like visiting family. The road to Glacier was sadly not open yet so we didn’t make it up there, but the property is nice and peaceful if you want to just relax.

Very clean and comfortable and the hosts were so nice and helpful.

We arrived later than we had planned and the hosts stayed up and showed us around to ensure we understood how to use things and answer questions. Beautiful area and I loved watching the deer roam around in the morning. The kitchen is wonderful and has everything and more. Extremely clean and comfortable. We loved our first visit to Montana.

Good times at the ranch

The Ranch is just what we called it. 😋 Everything was perfect, a great place to stay near Kalispell. Peacocks and chickens and deer and a couple cats roaming the yard at all hours definitely was enjoyable. Barb and Shawn were great hosts and we enjoyed meeting them and also the fresh eggs they gave to us! They had everything we needed even a couple of foam coolers to use on our adventures in Glacier National Park! Thank you so much!

Relatively clean place, friendly owners , however many property was not represented correctly

Wifi - not totally accessible. With no cell coverage wifi is fairly important. Access, not easy trouble with locking system. Air conditioning was controlled by owners upstairs / hot and muggy. Thermostat accessible but controlled elsewhere. Could not open windows due to owners and fowl right at window level. Tv did not work at all. Bedrooms misrepresented on Vrbo / stated thee separate beds in two bedrooms and living rooms , with three couples this was I bit of an inconvenience.

Kathleen: I am so sorry you were disappointed in your stay at our place. I wish you would have mentioned your issues to us while you were here so we could try and remedy the situation. You did mention the door lock issues and we are in the process of getting that entire locking mechanism replaced. We are also trying to improve the wi-fi, but CenturyLink (that we go through for internet) only has limited services. We will have Starlink but not until late 2022. I had no idea that the TVs did not work so we will check into that as well. Regarding the thermostat, you are mistaken in that it is not controlled elsewhere. The controller that is in the apartment is the only controller for that area. Guests have full control over the heater for the entire apartment. However, we do not have any air conditioner at this time. I'm sorry it was uncomfortable for you. The bedroom/living room was changed this spring and I forgot to update the VRBO descriptions. I will have that updated as well. I hope the rest of your summer goes better. Barb and Shawn

Very clean and comfy

The property was nice and clean in a quiet neighborhood. It was beautiful area. With some wildlife. We came to watch a rodeo and would love to come back in the summer and spend more time exploring.

Kalispell

We enjoyed a much needed vacation. We saw lots of snow, deer, and turkeys and Shawn and Barbara were excellent hosts. Shawn drove us to the airport to leave because there was ice on the roads. Overall, it was an A+ experience.

Best stay I have had!

Barbara was so nice and welcoming. All of our needs were met during the trip. Her property was clean, well maintained, and cozy. We stayed almost a week and I wish we would have booked longer. Montana is absolutely incredible and the stay in the remote home was fantastic. I would 100% recommended!!!

Kalispell Trip

The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Barb & Shawn were the perfect hosts, not bothering us but still providing help when needed and were great to talk to and interact with. Gave great advice about things to do in the area.

Perfect Vacation Home

Away from the hustle

We loved that the apartment was rural but close enough to shopping. We saw the albino deer at the entrance of driveway among the other deer, the grandkids were thrilled.

Great Place to Stay While Visiting Glacier National Park

We enjoyed our stay and the owners (Shawn and Barbara) were very nice and helpful. This property is 43 miles from the Glacier National Park and is an easy 50 minutes to drive. We will consider staying at this property on our next visit.

Quiet Country paradise, close to Glacier National Parkaq

The Handy’s Have a newly remodeled beautiful apartment with all new appliances. Barbara has done a wonderful job of decorating to give you the feeling that you are at home. Fully equipped kitchen , comfortable beds in large bedrooms, new washer and dryer,Roku TV, and WiFi. Who could ask for more! This was our first time using VRBO and are very happy we chose to do so! Friendly, considerate and helpful hosts. Barbara met us upon arrival and even helped carry our supplies to the house. Really enjoyed our 4 nights, everything was clean and organized.
