We’re also sorry to hear that several aspects of the stay did not meet your expectations. Your comfort is important to us, and we always strive to provide the best service possible. We appreciate your comments regarding parking availability, room size, lighting, noise, and the hot tub jets. Your feedback will be taken into account as we continue to review and improve our facilities. We apologize that firewood was not consistently available, as supply can vary based on usage and weather conditions. We also appreciate your note about the room layout and bathroom space, and we’ll keep this in mind moving forward. Regarding the laundry facilities, our listing states: “Keep clean with the laundry facilities available for you,” which refers to shared on-site machines rather than in-unit appliances.
