Beautiful home right on the lake. Kitchen is well stocked as we like to cook. Morning coffee on the porch was a wonderful way to start the day and the sunsets were beautiful. Liked having the large table for meals where all 8 adults could sit together. Really enjoyed our long weekend there!!

Great Getaway

We had a great experience staying at the house. The location on the lake was incredible with great views and a quiet atmosphere. We look forward to staying again.

Spectacular

Amazing Lake View Stay

Tina’s house was absolutely amazing the view of the lake and the cleanliness of the house was phenomenal. Anyone looking to stay at Tina’s place you will certainly not be disappointed! Lots of games to play beautiful deck that overlooks the lake. My family and I were very pleased with the stay! Thanks again for everything Tina!

Wonderful

Fabulous Girls B-Day Weekend!!!

We had a wonderful stay- this house is just as described- with a beautiful lake front- ample sitting inside and out to enjoy the lake view. House was clean, and very well stocked. Didn’t need to bring anything but food and drinks!! If you’re planning a Finger Lakes getaway- this place is perfect!!!

Such a relaxing and amazing stay! More than enough room in this house for our guests. Every morning we enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the deck overlooking the lake. Cant say enough great things about our stay. Everything about the listing is accurate and the pictures don't do this house justice, very well kept clean, maintained and the kitchen is literally stocked with everything. There are 2 security cameras at the house too, both exterior only. Highly recommend your stay here if you want to be calm and relaxed during your vacation.

The property was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well located. The six of us enjoyed gathering around large kitchen table for our meals. we would return. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we never turned on the TV.

Just perfect!

The house is beautiful, TONS of room/space for a large group and stocked with everything we needed! Thankfully we had beautiful weather but the huge covered deck(s) make it enjoyable to be outside in any weather. The fire pit was an awesome way to end the day by the water and enjoy the sunset! The water would be perfect for littles to play as it’s a shallow shore and only goes up to about 3ish ft. Tina was great and easy to communicate with, checked in to make sure everything was ok. Would absolutely love to be back!

LOVE THIS HOME- REALLY IS WHERE WE WANT TO BE!

The lakefront home and accommodations - upstairs and downstairs - were great for our large multi-generational group. The two large common areas allow for young children to separate and play actively when needed on a couple of rainy days. Watching the gorgeous sunsets on the large deck were a daily ritual not to be missed. The hot tub was a nice and well-used feature. We have recommended it to others already and will definitely look to return here! Liz & Bruce and family

Cayuga cove

Wonderful property with a beautiful roomy home. Everything you need is there. Cove is sand bottom and you can walk out to beautiful Cayuga Lake. We kept our boat at their dock. If it was too windy we rented a slip at hibiscus harbor. Easy in and out. Homeowner was so welcoming and open to any question. You will love it

Had a great stay. Everything was wonderful. Only complaint, not enough garbage cans. We were on vacation so obviously didn’t want to spend time doing dishes and used paper plates. The garbage cans were 80% full before we even used. Other than that it was an amazing time!

Beautiful house and great location

We had a very nice long Labor Day weekend at the house. The house was the perfect size for my family. 6 adults and 4 kids. The house was clean and comfortable and was in a nice shallow cove on the lake. The cove did get very crowded with boats that would anchor there for the day but that did not bother us. The only issue we had was that there were a lot of bees that were somehow getting in the downstairs and there were some that were already dead when we first got to the house, making me think it was an ongoing problem. Thankfully none of us are allergic, just more of an annoyance having to keep a watch to kill them as they came in.

Hi Carley. We are glad you had a nice stay. We do have our house professionally sprayed by pest control every spring and summer and they come out to address issues as they arise. Bees are not an ongoing issue in any one place in the house but it does happen in the summer from time to time. Clean, comfortable and a great location.

Clean, comfortable and a great location. And we really had fun with the ping-pong table, four of us were really into it. Renting a pontoon boat half mile up the road turned into a great day.

We had an incredible week! Our group of friends have spent a week in the fingerlakes every summer for years. This house was by far our favorite. Spacious. Clean. Amenities. Location. All fantastic. The only thing disappointing is that it’s booked completely for next summer already.

Perfect weekend away with friends!

This property was absolutely amazing! We spent the weekend with 3 other couples. The guys spent most of their time playing pool and poker while the ladies spent time upstairs by the fire enjoying each other's company. The hot tub was an added bonus as it is December and we couldn't enjoy too many of the other outdoor amenities. The location. Was also Fantastic and close to local breweries and wineries, so we enjoyed an afternoon away from the house too. The house was fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and then some. Tina's communication with me was also great prior to our stay and even throughout the stay. We can't wait to have another couples getaway at this location in the future!

Gathering of Friends

The perfect location to gather with old friends for a couple of days....spacious, comfortable, well stocked and the view of course was spectacular. Would highly recommend a visit here!
