🌴 The main level features a two spacious entryway’s and foyer that leads to the dining room, and open kitchen. With seating for eight, both inside and outdoor deck is the perfect space for a festive dinner party. Relax in style in the open concept living room, where you’ll find soothing neutral decor, while overlooking the Infinity pool, and amazing Pacific ocean sunsets just beyond the horizon.
To the right of the living room you’ll find the spacious kitchen, and, dining area which is furnished with an eat-in area and all of the cooking essentials you could imagine. With tons of space and lots of seating, you’ll be inspired to whip up a great breakfast, blend a tropical smoothie or savor a cup of Kona coffee for you and your family.
Entrance foyer has a half-bathroom with laundry room, and, a full-size washer and dryer that is near the kitchen,
🌴 The main level features a cozy fifth Queen bedroom, where you’ll find a plush queen bed, en-suite full bath, with front lanai access, outdoor furniture, Infinity pool, sun deck, and ocean views. This is the only bedroom down-stairs.
🌴 Entering he front doorway, reveals a 30-foot vaulted ceiling expanse, with a grand stairway made of beautiful koa and teak wood leading to the top floor three King suites, with two (Captain Dana and Grand Koa) that both feature Panoramic, sweeping ocean and sunset views. The third bedroom, the Kuakini suite is located on the Mauka side (towards the mountains), with it's own private large lanai with privacy screen, views of the mountain’s, and the historical, lava rock Kuakini Wall (aka King’s Highway), down below.
🌴 The top floor features the largest King suite, and two King suite’s, where you’ll find all the comforts of home—and then some. Choose from three well-appointed King bedrooms, including the “Grand Koa” suite which has a Cal king-size bed, Panoramic ocean views, Vaulted ceiling, a quaint Sofa bed, a twin bed, a private balcony, a separate half-bedroom with twin bed, and serene mountain views. An extra-large, beautifully decorated Roman-style bathroom space, twin vanities, large, deep bathtub, and, a private, walk-in shower, and toilet.
🌴 The Grand Koa primary suite, features a Cal king-size bed, queen sleeper sofa, a twin daybed, and an enormous Roman-style, en-suite bathroom space.
There is also a separate Mini-bedroom with a single twin, large book library, a safe and a pocket door for privacy. It’s also an extra sleeping space for little ones in need of a nap.
The Grand Koa, also features a private Lanai on the Mauka side (towards the mountains) with adjustable privacy screen’s, and a wonderful place for an afternoon nap on the sofa bed, or, to sip your AM coffee while listening to our tropical bird’s, with views of the mountain’s, and the historical, lava rock Kuakini Wall (aka King’s Highway), down below.
🌴 Outdoors, on the Makai side (towards the ocean), take a refreshing swim in the Infinity pool, while relaxing on a chaise lounge, or lie down on the manicured soft green grass below and soak up the sun. With balmy tropical breezes and ocean views, it’s perfect for hosting a family dinner party, or a romantic al fresco evening for two.
🌺 Falling Waters Kona, is where you’ll find everything you need for a fun day at the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards and more. A short five-minute walk and you’re at Magic Sands Beaches and Park’s, where adults and kids will love the Sand and Sun, body surfing, swimming, snorkeling, And, exploring the latest 2023 Beach and Park Renovations, including the new volley ball court, and Native Hawaiian historical ancient Heiau landmarks.
🌴 Magic Sands Beaches and Park’s on Alii Drive - features two new transportation option’s, on-site Rental bikes, and the famous Trolley that stops at Magic Sands, and goes as far as Wal-Mart in downtown Kona.

🌺 Falling Waters Kona is 4 mile’s from the Kailua-Kona Pier and to downtown, which is known for being a shopper’s paradise. You’ll also love exploring the area and its many significant Hawaiian cultural landmarks. Both the Hulihee Palace and the Mokuaikaua Church are located on Ali’i Drive.
King Kamehameha I, spent his last years living near the current site of what is now the King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel, until his passing in 1819.
The Ahu’ena Heiau, located on the grounds of the hotel, is an iconic landmark and reconstructed temple rebuilt by the late king and is on the register of National Historic Landmarks.
🌴 Kona Pier, where both visitor’s and local’s watch the cruise ships from the Pier, where you’ll also have access to Hawaii’s best scuba diving, kayaking, dolphin and whale watching. Buy fresh tropical fruit at the farmers market, enjoy shave ice or a cup of Kona coffee. Dine on a light snack like local sushi, or a gourmet meal, buy an inexpensive souvenir or a piece of fine art, book an activity, or hang out at the beach. There’s plenty to do in and around Kona.
🌈 The Kona Pier is the official starting and finishing point of the Ironman World Championship (held annually in October), and, also a great place to watch the sunset.
