Volledig gerenoveerd split-level plattegrond met begane grond toegang! Het huis is net gekocht dit jaar en had een 5 STERRING voor de afgelopen jaren van huren. Perfecte locatie dicht bij strand, jachthaven en golf. Rustige straat met veel privacy en een vrij uitzicht op moeras / water. Vooringang opent naar woon / eetkamer / keuken met gepolijste bakstenen vloeren. Woongedeelte komt uit op een uitgestrekt terras van baksteen en hout op het moeras met prachtig uitzicht. Keuken is 100% nieuw met inbegrip van kwarts werkbladen, kasten en roestvrijstalen apparaten. Bovenste niveau heeft twee slaapkamers met nieuwe hardhouten vloeren, inloopkasten en een volledig aansluitend bad tussen master en gastenkamer. Lager niveau heeft een slaapkamer, den en complete badkamer. Voor mensen met ambulante problemen merk op dat er geen badkamer op het hoofdniveau is. Met de hand afgewerkte betonnen vloeren op het lagere niveau met grote den die gashaard omvat. 4-persoons golfkar (inbegrepen) en kyack bevinden zich in de carport. 4 fietsen zijn inbegrepen in de huurprijs. Voorzieningenkaarten kunnen worden gekocht voor gebruik van voorzieningen op het eiland (zwembaden, golf, restaurants, jachthaven, enz ...). Veel zitplaatsen beschikbaar op het buitendek met uitzicht op het moeras en de waterweg.

This is our second year in a row at Jared’s home. It has a great layout for families. There is an amazing view off the back deck. You close to all facilities but tucked away on a quiet cul de sac.

Very nice house, great location and very well stocked with kitchenwares. King bed very comfortable. Really nice back deck overlooking marsh.

Our favorite vacation home! We just completed our fifth stay and we will continue to vacation here if available. The location is perfect with beautiful back yard view of the marsh. This home is so clean and well equipped with every amenity. Jared is a pleasure to work with and always checks in to make sure everything is okay.

Best property for a small Family

We just completed our fourth year stay at this property and looking forward to another stay next year. Clean, fully equipped kitchen, all the extras. Jared is so easy to work with and always checks in to make sure your stay is everything you need it to be. Would 10/10 recommend this property.

Marsh view

Great property. Enjoyed the using the bikes and golf cart. Inside has been updated and the kitchen is very well stocked. Back deck is also nice with a great view of the marsh. We stayed at several houses on Fripp, would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house, well equipped, beautiful views, felt like home. Location is central to everything; pools and beaches and marina are all a fun cart ride away.. stock up on food and drinks at the Publix on Lady’s Island ( I think) or Beaufort as the selection on Fripp is very limited and the mart closes down at 5:30 or so. We ordered pizza one night from the pizza truck (open seasonally) … delicious! Really good! Downloading the Fripp app is super helpful for phone numbers of restaurants, pro shops and info of events. Enjoy!

This house has an Amazing view on the Marsh.The house has everything you can possibly need and more! Jared is very responsive to any questions. By far one of the best houses to stay at while visiting Fripp.

Great Home, Better view

We came in for the weekend to look around the area. Jared was awesome to deal with, very responsive and gave us some back story with the home. Everything was very neat and clean and the house had everything that we needed. Would definitely come back again. We loved that the house was nestled in the woods overlooking the Marsh.

Great House!

Our first trip to Fripp was wonderful! The house was ideally located and well equipped. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio overlooking the marsh. The provided golf cart shuttled us easily to the beach, pool, and to get ice cream! Host was easy to communicate with. We'll be back to this property!

Other hosts should take note

Great communication that wasn't intrusive, fast golf cart, clean rooms, plenty of cooking utensils, quiet location. We've stayed at this house many times over the past decade and its always great. We hate leaving. The beach is great but when the weather is bad this house and its marsh views make the rainy days easier.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house so much! The house was very clean and well equipped! Perfect for our family. The location overlooking the marsh was perfect and tons of wildlife! Deserves more than 5 stars

Host reached out to us prior to our stay to let us know the home would be empty if we could come earlier, which was very thoughtful. Home was immaculate. Location was exactly what we wanted -private but convenient. Roomy, peaceful and the best stocked kitchen of anywhere I have stayed. Bed was comfortable. Marsh view was beautiful- lots of deer in the area. The included golf cart was the cherry on top. We had a wonderful stay!

Amazing property

From the time we booked the reservation until the day we left the communication has been like no other. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious. Oh, and not to mention the most well stocked home we have ever stayed in on a vacation. I could go on and on. Every single person including the kids loved it. We will be back many many times to come. Thank you for everything and making our much needed Spring break trip wonderful!

Amazing marsh setting in a beautiful home

The home is lovely and the marsh setting on Fripp Island is so pretty and interesting. Bring plenty of groceries and settle in for a peaceful, fun stay. Jared is a gracious, communicative and a helpful host with a great sense of humor. You should definitely stay here—just don’t book when we want to visit!! (Lol)

Amazing!

The house was perfect for our family’s week at Fripp. Plenty of bedrooms with private space for the teens. Kitchen was fabulous and well stocked. Even had a separate fridge for extra drinks which came in handy. Having chairs and bikes supplied was a huge plus along with fun beach toys and games for our evening entertainment. The golf cart couldn’t have been nicer, but the view…truly beautiful and peaceful. Just what we were looking for. The owner was so great to work with. He communicated timely and thoroughly and even checked in on us midweek. Such a great vacation that allowed us to truly relax!

Wonderful vacation

First of all, communication with the owner exceeded expectations. Very prompt and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. The house is very clean and well stocked with all of your cooking needs. We loved the quiet road in close proximity to the beach and marina. I will add that it didn't have many stairs for those with limited mobility. The bikes, beach chairs and golf cart were an added perk. The back deck is huge and we can't say enough about the view! Our two weeks flew by and we can't wait to get back! I would give more stars if I could!

Perfect Fripp Vacation Home

Our family including 3 teenagers stayed at Jared’s home. We loved the second living/bonus area for kids. Honestly most of the time we were all outside enjoying the amazing view of the marsh. I love going to the beach but my happiest place on the island is the marsh. It is truly like a painting. Jared’s golf cart was much nicer than the additional one we rented. The home is beautifully decorated. The outdoor furniture is made of high quality. The grills are in great shape. Plenty of beach equipment and towels. I could go on and on. We loved Jared’s home!

Once more.

Seven magical days by the Marsh again, great house and surrounding areas. We had everything that we needed and got to use the binoculars that Jared and Aimee purchased for the guests because again, ours stayed at home. Sitting in the back porch enjoying breakfast and having a chat with the deers always announces a great day. We needed some quiet for a few days and were fulfilled. Jared and Aimee are always a phone call away for help when needed and are exceptional hosts. Thank you for sharing your home and it's history. Jean-Marie and Nadia.

Second Time Staying...

This was my second time renting this property. I've never been drawn to rent a second time with any other properties. I love the location, the style of the home and it's furnishings, as well as the natural environment. Who knows? Maybe I will return a third time in the future.

Peaceful Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this great rental. The marsh view and all the amenities on Fripp and at the rental house made this stay one of our favorites! The home is beautiful and everything was perfect!

We are The Reimanns with our children, from Statesville, NC. We have been visiting Fripp for years and years, knowing the first time we visited, we would love nothing more than to have a place our children would call their Beach Home. When the Conroys were kind enough to sell to us, we assured them we would take care of their guests in the same gracious manner they had. We will continue to live up to their 5 star expectations.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

With a life of work and running like crazy with kids, this house allows us to catch our breath. The views from the kitchen, living room and back deck of the Marsh & Waterway are medicinal. During the busiest days on the the island, this home is tucked away into its own world. While we love that peace, it is so quick and easy to get to everything the island has to offer.
