Welkom bij ons New Gulf Front Home, 408 Blue Mountain! Bezoekers die op zoek zijn naar moderne luxe in het hart van 30A, in Blue Mountain Beach, zullen verliefd worden op het adembenemende uitzicht, de privétoegang tot het strand, het grote privézwembad en de buitenkeuken met voldoende ruimte om te entertainen. I never write bad reviews but for the price of this stay - I felt it was important. None of the doors locked, front door or back door, and when we asked about this the owner refused to make the home safe for us and our belongings. The handles on almost all the bathroom showers and almost every sink in the house would fall off and didn’t work. There was mold in both washing machines. Just very disappointing overall for this type of stay. The mgmt service team was great and responsive - unfortunately the owner wouldn’t agree to do anything. I would not recommend this home unless they fix these so you can actually take a shower or a bath lol!

Amazing Family Vacation!

We had an Amazing stay with very minor issues that were fixed …. The House … Kitchen was great for big families to stay in and cook …. The pool , Gulf and location were incredible!

Beautiful house on a gorgeous beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and offered an incredible setting right on the beach. The wall of windows looked out on the deck and pool with views of the gorgeous beach and gulf waters, which was literally just steps away. It was amazing. There were many outstanding amenities, however we were notified of some things in the house that weren't working properly and we reported several more so that was our biggest disappointment, it was unfortunate that a house/location that was perfect in most all of the ways that count needs so many things fixed to make them functional. At the end of the day though the beautiful house and location were unsurpassed.

Great house :)

We had a great stay in this beautiful house. We had a couple of hiccups with the Direct TV but the property manager was on top of it each time. Great response time every time. The home and area was beautiful and we would go again tomorrow if we could.

Great place for large families, tons of space to spread out inside and outside. Worth the expense.
