Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very comfortable,the backyard was great for our dogs. The house is not far from downtown which we loved.

The highlight of the property was definitely the beautiful fully-fenced yard with grass. We also really enjoyed the location; the property backs a preserved area and there are walking trails right behind the house which we really enjoyed. The interior needs a bit of a facelift, everything is showing its age and we also thought the home needed a deep clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and great place very comfortable. It was very clean except for the carpet which was very dirty and has spot everywhere. Also the couch upstairs was really gross. It could use a little tlc in general, some glasses were chipped, kitchen wasn’t well stocked (no bowls or pots to cool in), also the comforters upstairs were cute but had someHuge rips. The place is nice and it was clean and comfortable it would be exceptional if given a little more attention to details mentioned.

Bed in master bedroom needs to be replaced. Very lopsided . Carpets in need of replacing.Kitchen has great space and bathrooms are great. Fantastic backyard with easy access to national forest.

This Flagstaff rental was the perfect family getaway! Peaceful setting with an excellent location—close to trails and town yet wonderfully quiet. The house was spacious and ideal for our group of 6, with comfortable beds and a great layout. The kids especially loved the fun loft bedroom area and had a blast up there. Clean, well-equipped, and the host was responsive. Highly recommend—we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

It was a nice stay. I do feel if the springs on the couch and master bed were fixed it would have been comfy. The fan in the upstairs bonus area was stuck on low. There should be floor fans for the bedrooms for when it gets warm in the summer. And the patio furniture is rusty and uncomfortable. There was only one burner working on the stove, which was fine. Beautiful cabin with great backyard

We loved staying here! Everything was clean and the backyard was incredibly relaxing! We definitely plan to stay here again!

This home is nestled in a quiet family neighborhood. The beautiful private back yard backs against National Forest land and we took full advantage of walking out there during our stay since stormy weather kept us from exploring in the mountains.
