Mooi onlangs gerenoveerd 4 slaapkamer 3 badkamer huis gelegen in de veilige, rustige, schilderachtige "winderige heuvel" wijk in het hart van Noord-Myrtle Beach! Een echte "thuis weg van huis" gunstig gelegen op slechts een afslag van de beroemde "restaurant rij" - op loopafstand / een korte golfkar rijden naar het strand toegang, winkels, restaurants, bars, barefoot landing / huis van blues, en grote golfbanen. Prive-golfkar voorzien voor verantwoord gebruik van de gasten tijdens een verblijf op onze mooie strandvakantie!

Gelegen in het hart van Noord Myrtle Beach, terwijl het nog steeds perfect genoeg weg van de drukte van de koningen hwy / restaurant rij zit, heeft dit huis echt alles wat een reizende groep of familie nodig heeft om zich helemaal thuis te voelen; we willen dat de gast de schoonheid visualiseert en waardeert die binnen de muren van dit charmante strandvakantiehuis ligt - dat is op loopafstand van alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben! Maar waarom lopen als je er in stijl naartoe kunt rijden met de golfkar die gasten tijdens de duur van hun verblijf kunnen gebruiken! Het huis zelf heeft een master suite met een eigen meester bad, woonkamer / eetkamer, keuken, twee extra slaapkamers en een complete badkamer met wasmachine / droger kast op de begane grond. Op de bovenverdieping vindt u een extra tweede woonkamer / ruimte en een extra master suite met eigen badkamer- deze kamer heeft een queensize bed en creëert een ruimte voor de kinderen om te spelen / kijken wat ze leuk vinden en uit de buurt blijven van ouders die willen ontspannen als dat het geval is. We wilden een gebied waar gasten die met veel mensen reizen de mogelijkheid hebben zich te voelen alsof ze hun eigen afgezonderde plekje hebben - of het nu kinderen zijn die wegkomen bij de ouders of een stel dat alleen wat privacy probeert te krijgen.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful family weekend at the pet-friendly location at North Myrtle Beach house. The location was ideal steps from fine dining, boutique shopping, and just a short walk to the beach. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm, with every amenity we could have hoped for to make our family time special. Our host was exceptionally organized, providing all necessary details and clear directions well in advance, making check-in effortless and our stay completely stress-free. We would gladly return for another family getaway.

North Myrtle Beach Gem

This is a home away from home. We have stayed there twice and we are never disappointed. There is plenty of space to spread out but the living room and the back yard are perfect for the family to come together. The hosts are quick to respond to all questions and concerns. We'll definitely stay here every time we return to Myrtle Beach.

Wonderful location and excellent hosts!

This house is located within a mile of the ocean and can easily sleep 8 adults. The neighborhood is safe and full of single family well-maintained homes. The hosts are extremely responsive to any communication and we felt that they were genuinely concerned that we would have a fun and relaxing vacation. If/when we return to North Myrtle beach, we will look at this home first for our vacation needs. Thank you Ericka and JT!

Spring bike week stay

House was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for us (3 couples). Only complaint was the WiFi is spotty and doesn’t always work well, also the mattress wasn’t very comfortable on the downstairs beds they stated the upstairs bed was very comfortable tho. All together we had a great time and would rent this house again. Driveway was big enough to park truck and motorcycle trailer.

The owner was responsive to communication, but that is where the positive ends. The listing states that "up to 2 cats" are allowed in their pet policy. We reserved this home several months in advance with the owner's knowledge that we were bringing a cat and nothing was said to us about it. About 2 hours before we were to check-in we received an e-mail stating that: "In full transparency, we're a little weary to have a cat staying at the house...due to my severe allergies and sensitivity to cat litter...so as long as you can ensure the cat is house broken and does not leave behind traces of spray or dander..." . These concerns should have been addressed when we reserved the home several months before. There is a daily pet fee, but they want you to make sure your pet does not leave behind traces of spray or dander. This old house has been partially renovated as stated/shown. What you can't see or smell is that the house REEKS of toxic must, mold, and mildew. We immediately smelled mold upon entering the home, the fans were on in each room and there were plug-ins in each room trying to mask the smell. Upon entering the master bedroom we noticed there were numerous dead bees under the windows. That is when we realized there are no window screens. One day a bee came through a closed and locked window which we had to kill. When we stripped the bed before check-out we discovered there are huge stains on the mattress (unsanitary and disgusting). Where is the recourse for travelers who are deceived? Had we known what we know now we never would have rented this home. The owners are worried about pet dander when their home is full of toxic must, mold, mildew and it isn't safe to open the screenless windows to get fresh air. Even though we did nothing wrong, followed instructions, and left the house cleaner than what we found it (cleaning up dead bees, etc.) this owner has withheld giving us positive feedback..

We thank this guest for her honest review as she deems fit for her experience. You can’t please everyone, and even though we’ve had incredible reviews through our other platforms, there’s always a guest or two who won’t find their experience to be enjoyable, no matter what. I feel the need to address some of the points she made for accuracy- The listing states “2 pets”, not “2 cats”. We’ve never hosted cats before and were transparent as can be about our concerns- allergies can be a major issue for some people, and we wanted to ensure this guest would abide by our pet policy. There was nothing more to it than that. We send EVERY guest who bring pets into our home a reminder to abide by the pet policy. In this case it was no different, we were just addressing cats for the first time ever, instead of dogs. We didn’t realize the guests would be offended by the concerns we had for our home. While true that we are extremely worried about pet dander and accidents (due to previous guest damages) we are also equally concerned about mold/mildew, and this should have been brought to our attention during the guests’ stay- we would have addressed it immediately and had the filters changed or adjusted the thermostat. It’s usually a simple fix and would have happily handled it, had we been made aware. This home has been COMPLETELY (not partially) remodeled and turned from a 2 bedroom, 1 bath to a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, with custom tile showers, fresh paint, a new roof, and HVAC system. However, living in the south comes with bugs (bees, in this guests experience), and humidity... we cannot control nature. Some windows have screens and others do not. But all the windows lock (for safety concerns), and I would recommend not leaving windows open, since that is a contributing factor to the mold/mildew this guest likely smelled. While I appreciate the public feedback we received from this guest, I would suggest guests bring any issues to our attention DURING their stay (so we can address it immediately) and spend more time enjoying their beach vacation than picking apart the minor imperfections of the house. While not perfect (as nothing perfect exists), we put in “extra touches” such as a welcome basket, mood music for arrival, nice lighting and upgraded linens & towels for our guests, which tend to get overlooked by guests having an unpleasant moment. To our future guests, please don’t let this one negative review sway your mind- we have many exceptionally positive reviews.

Myself, my husband and friends stayed in this house for five days and we loved it. It was exactly what we saw on the site and the owner was pleasent and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this home and stay here again

Located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach while still being tucked perfectly enough away from the busy-ness of Kings Hwy/Restaurant Row, this house truly has everything a traveling group or family would need to feel completely at home. Every home in our neighborhood is unique- no two homes look the same- which is what makes the entire area feel so charming.

For your safety and the protection of our property, we use Ring exterior surveillance to monitor the home 24 hours/day. The golf cart stays parked out front and is only available to those who have reserved it in advance and paid in full prior to arrival.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

When we purchased the home in 2018, it was a completely gutted 2-bedroom, 1-bath single-story space. To transform it, we enclosed the carport, creating a spacious master suite, and reconfigured the attic access by adding a staircase, turning the home into a fully functional two-story retreat. The former attic was converted into an additional bedroom, bathroom, and loft area, providing extra comfort and versatility. This renovation has far exceeded our expectations—and has become a favorite among our returning guests!
