Dit informele Kailua Beach-huis zal u vervoeren en inspireren met zijn panoramische uitzicht op de oceaan. Alle 3 slaapkamers, woonkamer en eetruimtes bieden ongelooflijke locaties van blauwe zeeën en lucht, terwijl een weelderige tuin u omringt met privacy en landschap. Dit huis heeft een nieuwe renovatie ondergaan van de keuken, baden, raambekleding, split AC, kunstwerken, meubels en beddengoed, en is een ideale vakantiewoning voor maximaal 8 personen. De aangeboden slaapplaatsen zijn 1 grote slaapkamer met een queensize bed, 1 gastenslaapkamer met een queensize bed, 1 gastenslaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een full-size uitschuifbed, plus een 'bonus'-kamer met een queensize slaapbank. De hoofdslaapkamer en de badkamer met de grootste badkamer zijn voorzien van een dubbele wastafel, douche, veel opbergruimte, HD-tv, Apple TV en een comfortabele bank om te loungen. Het gastenbad is uitgerust met een douche gevuld met zachte designhanddoeken en toiletartikelen van Aveda. Van de oceaan uitzicht voor Lanai, genieten van buiten eten, comfortabel loungen, zelfs een buitendouche. Boogieborden, strandstoelen, parasols, koelers, strandspeelgoed en BBQ wachten allemaal op je plezier. Parkeren is voorzien voor 3 tot 4 auto's, wasmachine en droger op het terrein en het huis is gelegen aan het einde van een zeer prive, rustige straat op slechts een korte afstand van het centrum van Kailua Town.

Perfect location for extraordinarily beautiful home, garden, and beachfront! Very comfortable for our five adults, with space for eight. Gorgeous views at every window, including serene sunrises over the ocean (see photos). Back lanai, where we ate many meals enjoying the magnificent ocean, has partial overhead protection from sun and rain, and front covered lanai also has private yard with lovely plumeria and kamani trees. Mini-split air conditioning wasn't essential due to wonderful ocean breezes but worked well and was adjustable (any setting from off to 60s); kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked; property manager was always very helpful and responsive. Appreciated abundant supply of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and cooler. Hawaii has many indoor insects and geckos, but this house was very clean and had minimal bugs. Adjacent public beach access path is used infrequently, and yard landscaping is so private that we rarely even noticed other people. Kailua was an ideal home base, with easy access to all parts of the island and convenient large grocery stores. Many delicious restaurants nearby, and Kailua farmers markets were fun introductions to local foods, fruits/vegetables, crafts, and culture. Beds may be too firm for some guests, but a layer of memory foam from Target or Walmart could be added if needed. Kitchen and refrigerator are compact yet functional, and we used the stove, oven, and microwave for cooking. We were absolutely delighted by our stay!

Reviewer Comments: I can’t tell you how my wife and I were so excited to wake up to see the ocean in front of us every morning.The house is located on one of the best beaches in Hawaii and centrally located to everything you need to do in Kailua.The house had everything that one could desire from kitchen utensils to beach equipment. The property manager was very responsive on any questions that we had. We would definitely come back here to enjoy Kailua.

Special mention goes to the kitchen. Home is fitted with cozy and comfortable furniture. On arrival, We found real fresh orchids in all the rooms and a welcome basket with local coffee, nuts etc. A gesture greatly appreciated. The property manager (Lisa) really acted as a Host (capital intended!).

Very nice house, a perfect location

Reviewer Comments: Nice size house, everything needed is there, location is great - right in the middle of Kailua beach, but also close to the stores, cafes, etc. The house is clean, air conditioner in every room, a two-car garage, everything you would expect. The only small thing was that the water temperature in the master bath shower is stuck in one position. It's normal, comfortable warm water, but would be better if you could adjust hotter/colder. The second shower is adjustable.

This is truly a five-star property in every sense.The house itself is incredibly well-maintained and immaculate. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and create such a peaceful, tropical atmosphere. We spent countless hours relaxing in the sparkling hot tub – a definite highlight for us!One noticeable upgrade we loved this year was the new bathroom in the bedroom off the dining room. It's modern and lovely. While the kitchen is a little compact, it is very well-equipped and completely workable for preparing meals during an extended stay.The views of the ocean from the living room are simply breathtaking and never get old – the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening relaxation.What truly sets this property apart, however, is the exceptional responsiveness and service of the property management team. They are incredibly attentive to any need. A perfect example: when we had a minor issue with the dryer, they didn't just fix it – they promptly **replaced the entire washer and dryer set! That level of proactive care is remarkable and made us feel incredibly well looked after.We cannot recommend this property highly enough. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, beauty, tranquility, and outstanding management. We feel so fortunate to have found this gem in Kailua and will absolutely be returning for a third year!

Due to the current travel restrictions it was available and we are so grateful it was. We stayed about 10 weeks. Our home was being renovated and we needed a safe, nearby rental to get us through the chaos of our temp life. As a family of 2 adults and 2 tweens, we all had more than enough space, room to play in the yard, and plenty of cooking tools to make weeknight meals as well as special meals to celebrate 3 of our family’s 4 birthdays. The access to the beach is second to none. We had privacy and easy access - all with the ability to run back to use the outdoor bathroom when needed. It was wonderful to be able to run back to house for snacks and drinks as well as dry towels etc. The house is beautifully decorated without the overwhelming clutter that exists in many shorter term rentals. That was a huge blessing bc between school starting and the general upheaval of our daily life - we supplied plenty of clutter! I’m so grateful to be back in our home but will ever be grateful to Private Homes Hawaii for saving us when things went a little crazy with repairs and renovations. We appreciate you Lisa!!
