Sans Souci # 503 wordt professioneel beheerd door Paradise Beach Homes.

Welkom bij Sans Souci # 503, een mooi ingerichte 1e verdieping met twee slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping van de Golf, met een prachtig uitzicht op het strand en de Golf vanaf uw eigen balkon. Nieuwe eigenaren zijn onlangs opnieuw ingericht, met nieuwe meubels, kunstwerken en nieuwe bedden. Condo heeft een bijgewerkte keuken met Corian aanrechtbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten. Heeft ook een wijnkoeler en Krups koffiezetapparaat. Woonkamer met lederen sofa en een 47-inch flatscreen-tv met boost-luidspreker. Grote slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een 32-inch flatscreen-tv en een eigen badkamer met een douche / bad-combinatie. De logeerkamer heeft een queensize bed, een 23-inch flatscreen-tv en gloednieuwe stapelbedden (twee tweelingen). Dit appartement is inclusief een kleine wasmachine / droger.

Eigenaar heeft zorgvuldig zijn eigen opbergruimte op de begane grond voor gasten om hun strandspullen op te bergen - niet meer met paraplu's, strandspeelgoed, koelers, enz. Elke dag op en neer in de lift! Aan het einde van een zon die is doorweekt op het prachtige witte zand van Pensacola Beach, is er voor ieder wat wils in het appartement met WiFi en flatscreen-tv's. All-in-one wasmachine / droger gelegen in de flat. Eén overdekte, gemarkeerde parkeerplaats direct naast de lift!

Een van de beste redenen om te huren bij het wereldberoemde visrestaurant van Peg Leg Pete, aan de overkant van de straat!

Vakantie is eenvoudig in San Souci, want het is slechts enkele minuten van de plaatselijke winkels, restaurants (het wereldberoemde visrestaurant Peg Leg Pete ligt aan de overkant van de straat) en amusement.

Roken is nergens toegestaan op het terrein van Sans Souci, inclusief eenheidsbalkons, zwembad en parkeerplaatsen. Vanwege HOA-voorschriften, maximaal twee auto's per reservering.

Love San Souci! The condo was clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Beach access was easy and the underground parking with access to the storage unit were added bonuses! Having to stop by an office to check in/out was a bit of a bummer, but the people were friendly and it didn't take too much extra time.
